yes sir......you can apply for your masters but it's the University that will send your transcript.....about the course I will advise you to ransack the mastercard foundation website for the University you will be applying to whether the course is part of the scholarship program ...Goodluck!

Well, I get you. Even with a CGPA of 3.80/4.00 Msc abroad seams to be limited to GRE, TOEFL, .... ➕ I can't even afford it!

I'm looking for all possible scholarship means and I think I have a long short at McGill,

Please, it is good you tell everyone this.School like UBC takes it very serious when it comes to your grades .If you are going for B.Sc or BA SC in UBC, please if all your WAEC grades are not A1s, please, consider other majors. MCF sent me a mail, advising me to change my major to a lower one to avoid losing chances.
