they would always feed their blind followers with what they like to hear, but not my type they re to deceive like a baby. the same DSS who saw and counted huge amount of US Dollar cannot at the same time get hold of it. "before they came back they relocated the cash to unknown destination and they are making effort to trace it". it is well |

NextGovernor: Don't mind them...same way they've been telling Nigerians that they've recovered trillions of $ from Dieziani and co. Right under boooooohari's nose, an almajiri used N270 million to clear grasses in the Sahara ..can you beat that? Clearing grasses in an arid region( wey rain dey hardly fall, how the grass take grow?) for N270 million, no one is using a caterpillar to break down his fence yet. No worries, there's definitely a dooms day for the nuisances in today's government and that day shall surely come 1 Like |

kahal29: smh...how we celebrate victimization of our "enemies" is unfortunate... 1)Will an agency with search warrant break into a house in the dead of the night? 2)Will an agency with search warrant use weapon aka sledgehammer to break down gates of innocent people? 3)How come they knew how much someone had at home? is it sensible? can anyone know how much cash you have at home? 4)Will you be against Wike if he intervened in same manner to save your family? 5) Federal High Court judge is no small officer of state hence deserves protection as received from Wike... 6) What's function of EFCC, ICPC if DSS now go for "supposed looters" or those living above their means?...Or isn't this conflict of interest? God save us...some day, you will cry for such victimization as this....good pm 3 Likes |

amagunnerfan: Don't get aggressive with me abeg, I no get power this evening. Now, secret police or otherwise, it's still not their job to handle financial crimes, the way it works is, if they get wind of any financial crime taking place they hand it and any evidence over the EFCC, simple as that. Also finding out how much someone has in their accounts is a far cry from finding out that not only does someone stash cash in their home, but also how much is in there without ever making visual or physical contact with this money. That sounds more like magic to me. 2 Likes |

it is a pity that Tinubu make this illiterate man a Nigeria president. This man who condescend so low to arrest a common man who name his pet dog Buhari can stop at noting to turn himself a demigod. Nigeria is in trouble if we don't act now |

TonyeBarcanista:You pple keep banking on rule-of-law everytime without considering the other side of it. You and I know the number of hours it will take to obtain a warrant. And before you know it they will hide the evidence(money, document) and there will be nothing to use against them. Economic crimes is our biggest problem, we must fight it by any which way we can. 1 Like |

amagunnerfan: Not if they have prior notice, police do not investigate financial crimes, that's the EFCC's job, this particular case involves gathering of evidence and intelligence before they could take action, which is what the EFCC is there for and they're also better equipped to handle it. Instead the DSS raided people's homes in the middle of the night like militant forces. |

The accusations levelled against these Justices are in the ambits of economic and financial crimes, the onus of which investigation and prosecution lies with the EFCC. It is thus disturbing that the Department of State Service would send commandos to their homes in the dead of the night to arrest unarmed, noncriminal and hitherto nonaggressive officials of the State. It speaks of intimidation, harassment and an intent to align justice to the desires of The Executive arm of government and muzzle members of the Judiciary. The Executive alone is not government, the Judiciary and the Legislature must not be treated as pariah. This Gestapo styled invasion appears a harbinger to a tumultuous season for the motherland. |

erico2k2:its like saying you (erico2k2) followed due diligence to register as a member of NairaLand and someone else accusing you of not accepting all seun's terms and conditions before registering. or another similar way to explain this to you is "your parents claiming all due diligence was followed to bring you this world, then someone accuses them of not fvcking themselves to do that". more and more silly examples awaits your silly pre-sarcastic question. TonyeBarcanista:BY THEN THE MONEY WOULD HAVE BEEN HIDDEN IN OKIJA OR THE DARK PLACES OF THIS WORLD. ALL THIS ARE EXPECTED SINCE THE FACT LIES THAT IF SOME JUDGES DECIDED NOT TO COLLECT MONEY TO MANIPULATE COURT RULINGS, THEN THEIR SAFETY LIES IN THEIR HAND AND NOT THE NIGERIAN POLICE. Justice Okon Abang the APC card carier is not corrupt. it is a pity that this country is drifting swiftly to Autocratic government and many blind follower are happy. the issue with this unholy behavior is that by the time he is able to silence all that can oppose him, then he will face you that is clamping now. Did Tinubu know that he would get at him so soon. join hand to condemn executive raskality. |
