What makes you think they didn't move all the evidence to EFCC's /DSS office to count In your mind it's $1000 in $50 bills that you flaunt when you go to your local club that's how you think politicians stack money? These monies belong to James Ibori when his house was searched, tell me how hard it'll be to calculate 1 bale X demonination and get approximate answer Go back to primary school

It didn't occur to you that maybe they moved the monies to DSS office? Check the loots recovered from one of you model citizens James ibori and tell me how hard it'll be to count in bundles

HtwoOw: Yes those judges have been collecting bribes to rule for or against cases. But buhari is only targeting judges that favoured the opposition. id911: He is a crook; He changed the panel of judges initially constituted by Justice Mahmoud to oversee the Kogi Elections Case the morning of the case. Guess whom he appointed: the same corrupt Iyang and Agwuta whom the DSS have adjudged to be massively corrupt. |

Justice Dimgba, hammered d DSS for not bringing Dasuki 2 court, deriding them and legally dealing them a blow below the belt that d Prosecution was showing incompetence in the case against Dasuki. Justice Ademola was d man who resuscitated the PMB certificate scandal before it was dropped. These judges have made decisions that have not favoured d president's party or himself or his kitchen-cabinet hence d onslaught. When issues like this happen, people point fingers.A witch cried 2d and d baby dies d following morning,no need asking who killed the baby. We must be careful and totally condemn this.It is an ugly trend, the NJC has mechanisms to correct this. The Judiciary is independent and this CJN has not helped d course, where orders were flouted by the Executive with reckless abandon, and nothing was done.Conflicting court judgements like in the case of Abia, and d hammer wasn't down,Conspiracy theory has already stated that Justice Onnoghen is the target. PMB have missed this one.Nigerians forgive but don't forget. The Attorney-General is even sickening, media trials here and there. That time is coming, when those in authority today will reap the whirlwind. God Bless Nigeria. 2 Likes |

hucienda:/ It will not happen because half of the nonsense that goes on in Nigeria would have been dealt with accordingly in US. There are judges that had been convicted and serving jail sentences in US. In 2012, Judge Edwards of Pennsylvania was sentenced to life imprisonment for kickback schemes. Judge Conahan is serving 17 years in a federal prison for corruption. Judge Ciavarella is doing 28 years stint in a federal prison as well. And there are many others. There is a system in place in US unlike in Nigeria where anything goes. Don't forget that with the same evidence, James Ibori was discharged and acquitted until UK stepped in to do the dirty work for Nigeria. The phrase "rule of Law" has been abused so much. \ 1 Like |

id911: Strict adherence to due process can't solve the problem of the judiciary. The system is filled with rogues whom have perfected the art of manipulating the law to the benefit of their pay masters. Yes the panel was changed the morning of the case; hence, the reason they were unable to provide a justifiable reason for their decisions on the same day. The end product was a flimsy justification which tended to indicate some form of compromise... 1 Like |

hucienda: No regional sentiments here. It's only in Nigeria that stupid sons and daughters of Lucifer will be attaching blame to every step made to nib corruption in the bud. Ghana fired and procecuted 5 judges recently. IF it were in Nigeria, he'll would've let loose. People like you will soon be saying unashamedly, that Ghana is advancing ahead of Nigeria in all ramifications. Dirty mouth |
