I am not against any girl child from partaken in her fathers properties but it must be done with precautions. A girl child should only benefit from the properties if she is not yet married. A girl child can only partake in the properties if her mother only gave birth to girls. Ever since Nigerian courts gave this judgements there are many scenarios were a girl child is been oppressed by her husbands to sell her fathers properties even without the knowledge of the boy child.
