"Consumers with an original Galaxy Note7 or replacement Galaxy Note7 should power down and take advantage of the remedies available, including a refund at their place of purchase," reads a statement from a Samsung representative.

A similar warning was also given by CPSC ( US Consumer Product Safety Commission ) warning. "While we continue our active investigation into reports of phones overheating and burning in multiple states, consumers should power down and stop using all Galaxy Note 7s, " reads a statement from CPSC Chairman Elliot Kaye. "This is the safest course of action."

wow,

it has not been easy for Samsung lately.

despite the note 7 being the best Smartphone currently, this battery-fire thing has damaged their reputation. The more reason every OEM should consider and go back to removable battery.
