Thank you my sister. I always go to work everyday and come back in the evening but the void there is AM ALONE.

Me and my precious LOs at 31 weeks plus. This is the best shot I could get as I'm not so good with selfies. The Lord has been so wonderful to us, it's been a smooth ride so far and we pray it stays that way till I'm full term.

A pregnancy app says I should be looking like a mum-to-be carrying a singleton at full term by week 30, dunno if that is true in my case. By the way I saw something that looked like one of my babies' fist on my skin this morning. The nudging and pushing was so intense it almost made me freeze.

My Birth story.
On Sunday Morning after it rained heavily, I decided to go make my hair because my edd was 16th.I got back home, prepared dinner and ate. At about 11pm,I started having menstrual cramps which came at 10mins interval.
I woke up my dh and kids and we headed to the hospital.
I was already 2cm dilated when we got to hospital. Contractions progressed, still felt like menstrual pain. By 4:30am, the matron came to check and I was 8cm. Baby's head was already descending yet I felt nothing. Within few seconds , all the pains I was supposed to feel came at once and I started screaming ' baby is pushing me ooooo. I won't born again oooo. Call my dh for me ooooooo ;Do
I was asked to push and he came out weighing 3.75kg without tear at 4:50am. the matron used olive oil to expand my power house for easy passage.

To all the waddling mamas , your joy shall be full in Jesus name.

It's normal to feel heaviness on ur arm after the TT shot. I had the pain and heaviness for 3days. So don't worry the pain and heaviness will stop

sabi mamas pls help me torchlight this matter. I took TT injection yesterday (2nd dose was 10yrs ago, so I'm starting afresh), and now my arm is so heavy, to straighten it na wahala. is it normal or is it because I didn't massage it after d injection? I don't rem feeling this way with the others though it was a very long time ago.

Antenatal went well, lo's heartbeat - 144 bpm, didn't do scan today sha. +1 glucose was found in my urine today and I've been asked to come for the glucose test tomorrow morning. I've gained 2kg since my last weigh in.

Doctor come say make I de drink Btw 3 - 4 litres of water everyday and I was like oga, u want turn me to swimming pool ni?

Hello everyone, this is my first time on this thread. Well, I was chased by hunger to look for a thread like this one on nairaland...yes hunger... This is my 6th week of pregnancy.. No nausea yet, just sore and swollen breast (which for some reason fascinates hubby #grins), fatique and craving to eat alot during the day. It doesnt matter if I just ate breakfast by 9am, by 11am I am very hungry again and the hunger is always so discomforting that I cant ignore..infact it gives me mood swing if I dont get something to eat as soon as possible I flare up easily. Today I ate by 8am..at 11, I was already restless to eat again..I tried to focus on work and ignored it..it became painful, so I had to get wheat and vegetable soup, ate two portion of what I usually take..now its around 2pm and I am getting hunger signals again. I will have to go get some crackers any time soon. My whole system is like that during the day, constant need to keep eating, then at night I am hardly hungry, just very exhausted. Is it normal to feel so hungry this early in pregnancy. I am worried about adding much weight this early.

Thank God for the journey so far.....its not been easy, God bless every mama here. Its surprising and heartwarming the extent we are willing to go for our los and discomforts we are ready to bear for the comfort of another human being. The love i feel already is so overwhelming , i find my self crying. Its so embarassing.

In other news, i officially feel like a trailer, pls mamas how can i ease this heaviness. I feel very clumsy.

Welcome dear. I was like that at 6 weeks but from my 8th week, eating became a chore.. Cos I started having nausea and vomiting. Don't be worried

I need help in confirming or allaying my fears ! I finished my first container of Chicco powder. DH just bought the second one though not from the same person we bought the first one. But on careful examination of the 2containers I noticed there are some differences and am wondering why! I have a feeling one is fake and the other original. ....
Please check your own powder containers and confirm which of these descriptions written on the labelling I am about to write here is same for yours too.....

1. Cont. A begins with GB Talcum powder while cont. B begins with I Telco

2. Cont.A has the following translations also TR talk pudrasi, RU Tanbk while B has its own wriiten as E Talco, P Talco, GR Tank .

3. Cont. A has the made in Italy writing written only in English whereas the one in Cont.B is written in 3 other
languages.

Please check your own containers please. ...what did you notice?

My Able chef, Nice bump. which 1 be glucose test ? well my ANC is on thursday which is my day off. how are u doing ? pls tell my lo to start kicking meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ooooooooooooooooooooo. we are 28weeks now. dont no wen next i will snap my bump cos am at work and am not allowed to use phone. Imagine not using phone from 8am-4pm for 5yrs. Cant wait to be free again. Luvly all d bumps

Jazzyjazz the foodie can help u on this one.....I was more irritated than hungry during my first few weeks.

Lol @na hunger chase you to find us for NL. Pls eat and eat to your satisfaction! I know the hunger can be exhausting but now that you're not battling morning sickness, my dear, EAT!! If anyone complains about your eating, pls eat them too! Yes! Eat them too! Plus their food! Eat! because when morning sickness starts, you will wish you can drink just water!

if u feel the need to eat, then your body needs food. pls eat because u may not always feel like this but not too much at a time pls. and eat healthy

Khaleesi, it happened to me at the early stage. If I don't eat immediately, I will get angry but now, the least I think of is food.


Chai!, all my mates don register for ANC remains only me. Na the fear of injection and drug couple with laziness still keep me for house and DH must not know. I will register next week so help me God. Amen

It happened to me with there nappy rash when I was trying to get another one,i think it's varies cos of the country it's been made for or made in. Its really not fake. Plus,try and always get it In reputable place.

Ghost mode deactivated...team sept 15 and nw team March 17 seriously eyeing feb 17 ...19 weeks gone and I took my first dose of prenatal yestday (**covers face ...mammas pls don't bash me)..guess what it's d gummy prenatals feddy posted. It was so yummy n tasty ,I now look forward to using my drugs...congrats to our new mummies.one luv

Realdentist, most hospitals do include olive oil in their list
