Rohr simply knew the ref gave alot of penalties in the past and he set his system up to offset that. Theo Solomon & success for instance are more skillful & witty players than ighalo & ideye combined. But who cares as long as u r nt in their favour or epl or western europe. Frankly, Musa Muhammad needs to sort out his league situation. Rohr did not trust him in a competitive game and had to draft a DM in that position. We do not have too many RB options. I would not be surprised, if Rohr stops calling him completely soon.

I like Nwobodo but he plays in a stacked position. Right now, we have only competitive games..

Musa Muhammad was degraded earlier this season and is now 4th choice right back. The man can get a club today in belgium where he will be first choice. Hopefully, he departs in January.

I believe if we keep investing in the league and making it more appealing, we can develop quality talents.

Brazil is still far ahead. I still remember Robinho during breaks gotta Brazil to play with Neymar, so he can develop. Santos have old players coaching and developing youngsters.

Football in Nigeria is just struggle for nothing. The LMC improved recently from before and I hope they keep improving. But, Brazil is not here or today. We are far back.

While i may see reasons with you concerning Musa Mohammed, i would want to defend Shehu's inclusion in the team.
See, there are certain players when u have them in ur team it is like as if you have 2 or 3 players embedded in one. Shehu Abdulahi is one of such. U know the utility player thing. Ndidi is also another. These are players that can be used in more than one position. Shehu can play RB can Raheem play RB?

What Raheem can offer we have in Mikel and Onazi already.

Mikel is the father of utility in that team as he can play DMF, CMF and AM.

Utility players would always get callup no matter which coach is in charge. Notice that Shehu played under Keshi, Oliseh, Siasia and now Rohr.
Mikel has played under Eguavoen, Amodu, Siasia twice, Keshi, Oliseh and now Rohr. So just leave Shehu for us he is a valuable utility player.

You remember "Chindo"! Garba Lawal? Not so skillfull, no fansiful footwork, did nt play in the greatest leagues in Europe but was abt the most capped player of his time.

Iheanacho and Success opened the door and now we have Osimhen, Nwakali and co. The fact is before now, European clubs never gave us a chance. They saw us as role players and not the main attraction. Now with our boys proving them wrong u have more clubs sending scout to Nigeria looking for the next Iheanacho or Success.
