Chapter 1
Episode 1

The tap on my door woke me up,as soon as i opened my eyes,I noticed that the sun was shinning brightly already,time checked 9:00am . I heard My mom's voice from my door step saying 'Nancy wakeup,open up baby,its your day!'. What the heck is she talking about? My day Am I getting married or something??. I was thinking semi-awake,then she shouted from my door step again "its your birthday baby!! Your birthday!!! now open up". My eyes widened immediately as if it would come out of its socket, OMG 'its my birthday!!' I hurriedly threw the duvet away from myself,rushed to the door and unlocked.
There she was,full of smile,with two househelp,one carrying a shopping bag and the other a beautiful cake decorated with pink and blue colour. The cake has a teddy bear shape with "sweet sixteen" boldly written on it. This woman knew how to take my breath away,she was my world,the one and only MRS.Williams. With all smile,i bent down to greet my mom,she carried me up half way and engulved me in a tight embrace. Saying prayers and wishing me a happy birthday in the middle of the mother/daughter embrace. I kept on saying 'amen' till she released me and looked into my eyes and say " how i wish he is here today" by that i already knew she was refering to my dad, she continued " he was always making plans for your sixteenth birthday". She was already in tears, i hugged her as tight as i could and made her know that he is in a better place and she was my world and my everything. Even though i was trying to be strong i could not help but remember the sweet memories of my dad,who would'nt remember a lovly father?.
My dad, "Chief Abiodun Williams". He was a yoruba man while my mom was an Edo woman, he named me 'Omojadesola' specially while my mom named me 'Nancy', Dad was tall with athletic body structure. He goes on bussiness trip regularly and never fail to get me things whlie coming back. Once in a blue moon we discuss,and it always worth the wait, his favourite statement i could never forget was "only friends can betray you,try to keep your secret safe".
Dad died in the month of December,few weeks to Xmas,he went for a bussiness trip outside the country and he never came back. His plane crashed,we did not even get to see his lifeless body to say a final good bye. We mourned dad for more than a year, i was sure mom would mourn him till eternity. It was after my father's death that i got to know that the whole of the Williams wealth belonged to mom,she inherited d wealth from my maternal grand parent who were stinkingly wealthy, due to the fact that her younger brother was unserious. "Dad whereever you are, my last wish would have been for you to die in my hands,no matter how tiny they were. RIP dad."

(Back to present)
I released myself from my mom's embrace and cleaned the tears in her eyes. Mom smiled and led me to my bed, and said "sorry for trying to ruin ur day with my emotion, i just cannot believe my baby is sixteen". I smiled and hugged her, now she released herself and teased me to stop behaving like a baby, according to her, i would get married soon and become a woman. We all laughed at mom's statement, including the maids.
Mom treated them like her daughter which made them have a good relationship with her.
Tori and Sewa are both secondary school graduates just like i was, but they were way older than me probably because of their late education.
Mom told tori to place the cake on the table and light the candle. I walked to the table and made a wish before blowing off the candle. My yearly wish was what i repeated " I wish all my wishes will come true" and we all laughed.
I cut a piece from the huge cake,fed my mom with some and ate the reamaining. Oh i love cakes!............

Mom blessed me and ordered Sewa to bring the shopping bag. She brought out a beautiful beautiful diamond ring with letter N boldly written on it,she wore the ring on my finger and said " your dad got two gifts for you for your sixteenth birthday,this is one of it" i opened my mouth widely in shock and looked at the beautiful ring on my finger. Mom brought out the second gift which is a jewelry box, she handed it over for me to open. As soon as i opened, a blinking gold chain was staring at me. There was a lock at the bottom of it,i hurriedly opend it and there was a smaller version of a family picture of us,dad full of smile and a handsome face,mom looked as beautiful as ever and myself the cutest kid have ever seen( not hyping). I was already in tears as i hugged mom for a very long time,mom then took the chain and wore it on me. I was still fiiled with emotion and i realised mom was trying to hide hers, to lighten up the atmosphere,she brought out a key,i was opening my mouth in shock already expecting mom to scream "this is the key to ur car" as if she was reading my mind she laughed and said " in your widest dream,this is the key to our hotel's owners lodge,your cousin 'Khole' is waiting on you down stairs give the party organizers a room to do their job,in that shopping bag is your clothes and jewelry,i will send a driver and makeup artist by 6pm". Though i was a li2 bit disappointed when she finished but i was excited there would be a party and khole was around,My best buddy! .

I collected the key hurriedly from mom,gave her a quick peck and rushed down the stairs to meet khole. Khole was my favourite cousin and we were like besties. I met her watching a T.v series looking as pretty as ever. We all have a very fair skin almost like the whites. She was looking breathe taken and i just could not wait to ask her about her outfit,atleast we have the whole day to be 2
together.
I covered her face from behind and she immediately shouted "Nancy!!!"
I removed my hand and we both rushed at eachother like little girls,jumping and shouting 'OMG is this you?". Khole was my dad's only younger sister's "Aunty Oyinkansola" first born and only daughter,she was a very nice woman and her kids took after her. Khole is two years older than me and a hundred level student of mass communication in kwara state university(Kwasu),her dad is a bussy bussiness man and luckily for khole,her dad got her a ride and a beautiful apartment off campus immediately she gained admission. Khole spun me around and wished me a happy birthday,she complained of not knowing what to get me as a birthday gift which was the reason why she transfered the sum of fifty thousand naira into my account to get myself a gift. She got me a huge pink teddy bear for me, for the main time.
I was surprised at how she got that amount for dash just as if she read my mind she told me she was a big girl and had enough to buy me and have change left. I pushed her playfully and we both laughed.
"Time up!" that was my mom's voice interuptting, she had a playful frown on her face and said "Nancy do u not know that you are smelling already? I thought i told you to take your bath and rush to the hotel"
that was mom's way of scolding me,i hugged khole from behind and mounted on her back like a baby,i then told mom i missed khole alot that i could not get enough of her. Mom was about spanking me when khole dodged and ran to the stair case,we both shouted 'durrrr' which made mom shout back at us saying " come back here if i wont durr your mouth for you".

Khole dropped me on my bed and she noticed my dress was picked already,she gussed it was my mom that picked the dress and teased me of been mommy's baby. I took my bath and dressed up then informed mom that were good to go. We took off in khole's ride blasting foreign Jamz,from miley cyrus to Rihana and all other.

Episode 2

The drive to the hotel was beutiful and crazy as well. We would sing along,laugh,shout and do some naughty dance step.
I was not a stranger at our hotel neither do i frequent the place. The name was 'A.J paradise' it was very big with different kind of sections.
It was a little difficult to get a place to park on time but we finally did. After securing a parking space, khole said she wanted to make a phone call before joining me in the hotel. I gussed she wanted to call her lover since she was been too secretive about the call. I teased her and told her to let me know my brother inlaw on time before it would be too late.
She eventually pushed me out of the car and i walked toward the hotel alone. On my way to the hotel my mom called and she was asking so many questions about our safety. I was still on the phone with mom when khole called my name,i turned back and ended the call with mom,khole was shouting something not audible enough for me to hear. I was still taking backward steps toward the hotel entrance, and asking khole to speak louder since i couldn't hear her. I took one more step when my feet stepped on something hard and my back hitted something as well,or was it someone?
"There is no rock here is there?and according to my calculation am yet to get to the hotel entrance". I thought.
I was still thinking when The lovly saint of the perfume filled my nostrils and this made me realise i bumped into someone not something.
Khole made an OMG expression and i hurriedly turned back. I looked up to the unknown and saw a frown on the handsome face,he had a good height but not really taller than I was (ok thats a white lie he is way taller). He had a not so fair skin and not dark as well (chocolate) and with is body structure he sure frequent the gym.
I was so lost in thought that i forgot i was supppse to apologise,his words brought me back to reality. "Hello Girl?", he said.
I was'nt happy he called me a girl and am so not hidding that. He continued ' you should be careful next time, see what u've done to my foot wear,how could you be walking backward in a public place like this? Is it ur first time here?" he asked angrily.

"Wait a minute who does he thinks he is?me? Girl? And is this my first time in my family hotel? Oh he thinks am poor?"
All this thought was going on in my head, i did not realise i was yet to respond until he waved into my face and said "Hy girl,are you not suppose to apologise?"
like seriously this guy sure has a degree in making people angry. I looked up at him and said
" hey Boy am sorry if i stained ur darling foot wear, but next time dnt u dare call me a girl, Jeez! Everybody deserves some respect, plus this is not my first time here,learn not to judge quickly"
i yelled at him and wrapped my hand on my chest.
He romoved his sun glasses and said "its obvious ur parent did not teach you some manners,what are u? A spoilt rich kid??"
i was about opening my mouth to give him the right tongue lashing when khole interrupted.
She quickly apologised and dragged me away with her,i was so furious, i turned back to look at him and he was still standing there with a wicked smile,i gave him the middle finger and he put his tongue out and shook his head.

"Khole will so regret interrupting me today,i would have taught that rude boy a lesson!" i shouted in my head.

I was so angry with khole that i decided not to talk to her when we got to the room. I brought out my shopping bag to check my dress. Khole quickly jumped up immediately i brought out my dress she was screaming "OMG!" cos the dress is so beautiful, i abandoned the dress with her and took my jewelry box. Mom got me the best set of gold necklace, earring and hand breacelet have ever seen. Khole grabbed the necklace and quickly went to the mirror to try it on. She then turned to me and asked 'how do i look' i did not give her any response and that was when she realised i was angry. Khole asked what her offense was and i told her she should have let me give the rude boy a piece of my mind. Khole smiled and apologised telling me its becos she as gist for me thats why she doesn't want to waste our time on baseless argument. I forgot i was angry immediately i heard gist, i smiled and told her to tell me,she then said since am mad at her no more gist. Her phone started ringing and i grabbed the phone since it was closer to me, the caller I.D was 'RIB' she started to beg me, telling me how important the caller is, i eventually gave her the phone and she rushed to the rest room. I wonder what this girl is hiding tho. Khole came out thirty minutes after and i was already bussy with my phone even though i was hungry,i could not place an order without her. She asked wotsup? And i gave her a frown, she then smiled and sat close to me on bed. I asked her who she was on phone with and she said she wont tell me cos of what i did. I pulled her hair playfully and she put her hands in the air begging. I released my grip on her hair and She cleared her throat like an old woman telling her kids a story and said " you know there comes a time in life when we all meet our prince charming who will sweep us off our feet?" i smiled nd she continued. "It all started in church one day. We sat together and during sermon i realised i brought only a jotter without a pen and he had a pen without a jotter, he asked for a piece of paper first nd i asked for a pen, we both smiled and we did the exchange. I was the last person that used the pen. I some how forgot to return it to him. After benediction he was out of sight. I searched for him to no avail and decided to go home. On stepping out of the church i saw him about to enter a red range over sport, i waved at him and shouted 'hey!!!!' since i do not know his name, he did not even notice me. The distance btw us was long so i decided to walk to the gate since he will pass through the gate. Just when he was almost at the gate i waved at him and raised the pen up. He then signal me to get in. I got in and he drove out. I told him how much i hate keeping others belongings no matter how small which is the reason am returning the pen. He just smilles and asked what my name is. I looked up at him and realised how handsome he his. He has a dark and glowing skin,a handsome face with lips i think its too pink for a dark skinned guy. He said smth which i did not hear and i told him my name. He smiled and said' am asking where u are heading to?'. I was a li2 embarrassed but i composed myself and told him 'Agric'. An area for the wealthy in ilorin kwara state capital. He said he was also heading there to see a friend and if i do not mind he can drop me off. I smilled and replied yes. The silence was becoming disturbing so i brought out the pen,i was about giving it back to him when he suddenly made a U-turn. The pen fell from my hand and i could not find it. He told me not to worry about the pen. He then parked in front of a big gate and told me this was his friend's place and he apologised for not dropping me off at my door step, i told him no problem and made to unbuckle my belt when he bent over toward me. I was shocked and surprise, i moved backward thinking its a mistake and he bent more, i moved again and he did the same utill my back was touching the car body. I looked away frighteened,thinking i will get my first kiss from a total stranger when he bent fully and picked the pen close to my leg. OMG that was close, i thought as i adjusted myself. He asked 'what were u exepecting?' and started laughing, i frown at first and later join in the laughter. How can i be so daft??

On monday afternoon i was going back to school in my car this time around when i saw him sitting on his car in front of his friend's house. I horned at him to get his attention to no avail, i had to park properly before going to meet him. On my way to where he was sitted i was shouting 'Hey!!!!' since i dont even know his name. I walked up to him and said 'hey Mr.pen' he looked up when i waved into his face. He smilled and removed his ear phone,he then said ' hey, u say what?' I smilled and repeated what i said,and he shook his head and smilled. He asked how i was doing and where i was heading to,when i told him, he went further to ask abt my school. After the whole school conversation,there was silence again, I then ask what is name is? He smilled and said i should stick to 'Mr.pen'. I laughed then he asked me to apologise which i refused to. He shook his head and promised not to tell me his name. I asked him what he was doing here and he said he was waiting on his friend and a pretty angle he met lately, i was alittle bit jealous thinking this cool dude is taken already? I asked him who the angel is, at first he refused but later on he agree to tell me. I could feel my ear grew bigger and my heart was beating faster. He then said K.H.O.L.E. We both laughed and he finally asked for my digit, i asked what he needed my digit for (forming hard to get) and he said ' well u know,since we met in church it wont be a bad idea to wake u up for sunday school every sunday with a call' we both laughed and i called my digit out for him. I told him i should be on my way and he said no problem. I asked him for his name again and he playfully asked me to beg him again,i did since i wanted to know his name and my time is fast spent. He then asked me to beg louder and louder until i refused to say a word forming annoyance. I shouted good bye! and turned to leave, he then held my hand, i looked back and he was smilling as usual he then said ' J.O.S.H........the name is Josh' he relised his grip on my hand and i smiled saying 'bye Mr.Josh pen' I did not wait for his response before heading to my car. I knew he was looking at me so i allowed my ass swing seductively in my tight jump suit. I got to my car and was about opening the door when i looked back hoping to catch him looking at me but the naught guy i was doing all the cat walk for backed me already, with his phone glued to his ear as if he was receiving a call. With frustration i shouted .Josh!!!!!!!' He hurriedly turn back and waved with a smiled. Gosh!!!!!!! What a waste of talent. I forced a smille and got into my car.

[Nancy]
An incoming call interupted khole from going on,i almost cursed the caller but couldn't when i saw that it was my mom. She asked the usual question about our safety,she also spoke with khole to confirm we are alright. I hurriedly ended the call and bestowed on khole to continue, she then coverd her face with her hand saying shes blushing since its getting personal and since am still under age,i should not be hearing about love yet. I hit her playfully and grabbed her hair she then surrender her hands in the air and said she will continue. I released her hair and put my full attention on her. Khole then stood up and changed her sitting position from the bed we both occupied to the big couch in the room,i readjusted my self,ready for the full story.

I resumed school and found myself think about the cool dude i met but since i do not have his contact i had to wait for his call. He did not call for more than a week but later did on a friday afternoon. I was done with one of the day's lecture that lasted for more than two hours. I was on my way to get lunch when my phone started ringing. The number was a new one and i was reluctant to pick at first, i eventually did and the caller said he is the dry cleaner i gave my clothes to. I do my laundry with my washing machine,what is he talking about? I told him its a wrong number but he denied and described my physical appearance perfectly,he also got my name right even the school i attend. I was surprise d and told him i do not have a dry cleaner and i do my laundry myself but this dry cleaner guy is so sturborn,he was insisting its not a wrong number. When i got tired of the argument i dropped the call. I was yet to take three steps when the number called again, i ignored and he called and called again more than ten times. At the last ring i picked the call and yelled at him to go and burn the clothes and leave me alone,he laughed and i ended the call. I got to the resturant and my phone vibrated signifying a new message. I clicked on the message and the content was 'Hi, I am brooke so i thought i could make money from a big girl like you(smile)...................JOSH.'
At first i smilled then laughed and laughed out loud, what a lame trick. I got some people looking at me already, i composed myself and dialed the number. We talked for a while and he told me he has been sick and he was discharged two days ago. He promised to call back and add me up on whatsap. I had my lunch and left for my next lecture. On getting home he called back and asked if we can chat now? I was positive so we started chatting that day. He asked me out on a date and we went to a resturant at first. Later we saw a movie at shoprite. We started hanging out more and its realy cool to be around him. I got to know he his a graduate of mechanical engineering and he works in one of his father's company, he is also the branch manager of Ilorin branch and he is twenty three years.
Josh brought me back from one of our outings one day,i was about to open the car door after saying goodbye when i noticed it was locked. I gave him the 'what are u waiting for?' look. He looked deep into my eyes and i frooze. He lean over and i was contemplating in my head if this is going to be a kiss or he is about to pick another pen. My eyes widened when his cute pink lips fell on mine. Many thought were going on in my head. The thing is that ever since i have been little have always imagined to get my first kiss on my wedding day on the altar. Apart from that anybody that try kissing me will get a hot slap. But i was there with eyes closed receiving the kiss whole heartedly. I wanted to pull away but i ended up giving in to the kiss. He finally ended the kiss and held me close to himself and whispered 'Be my girl Khole'. I did not respond i just remained in his comfortable arm since it feels like i belong here. My silly self did not pull away again, he released me and asked if i have to think about his requst, I noded and he unlocked the door to his car. I climbed down and with shaky legs walked to my apartment. I could feel butterflies in my stomach or is it mosquitoes Dunno!

Inmediately i got to my room i got his call. I was a ali2 bit shy to pick at first but i did finally and he asked if we could chat. I logged unto whatsap and I got his message already. He asked if i was angry and went on and on telling me how bad he is in asking ladies out so he always love to confirm if his feelings is reciprocated before going for what he want. I made a joke about everything and insisted on him asking me out. He then replied with "Hi lady,my name is Josh, i am young,handsome and bold,i have six packs and would love you to be my girl. Pls say yes." I was almost rolling on the floor with laughter. I gave him a capital 'NO' over and over again be4 he got serious and sent a sms to express his feelings.
"I built my wall so high against love becos i was afraid of been committed to love. Love is love but ur love is different and beautiful. I wonder how u brought my wall down and launched a full attack of love into my heart,my heart fell helplessly inlove with u and it cries for u and u only. Be my girl khole and i promise you the most beautiful kids ever."
Woah I couldn't stop smilling at my phone screen. I wished he had done this in person tho. The big girl in me wanted to say 'no' and form hard to get bt d sily me ended up saying 'YES'. He called and made promises to be the best boyfriend ever and all i ever wanted. So we are here it been three beautiful months we started on Feb14 and today is march 7 my best buddy's birthday. End of story madam.
NANCY
I kept on screaming 'Woah' when khole ended her fairy tale. I decided to start attending church since Khole found her prince charming in church. Khole laughed at my decision and i told her its not bad to serve the lord and look out for my prince charming as well. We both decided to play music and learn dance steps for my party.

Episode 3

khole is a realy great dancer,she has attended a dance training school be4 nd according to her shes aiming at becoming a great dancer and performer like jenifer Lopez. Myself on the other hand do not have two left legs like some people i know but am not a good dancer as well. I got exhusted after trying different dance step with khole,we did belly dance,whinning, twisting and even twerking. The list wont be complete without our special Nigerian dances like Shoki,Shakiti bobo, skelewu,etigi and azonto. Khole is realy an energetic dancer which made the competative me wanto beat her at her game but she ended up beating me. If there were to be a judge am sure the score would have been ratio 20:80. I exhusted my energy while dancing so i attacked my meat pie immediately after d dancing session. I was stil eating when mom called nd said she was sending the driver and makeup artist over. Time checked 4:00pm. I hurriedly finished my snack nd informed khole to start getting ready. We took turn to have our bath after which the make up artist form 'Nana Aisha beauty saloon' arrived with a photographer from 'Josh collage photography'. The beauty agents gave us body massage before dressing up for the party. Our makeup us done in beautifully and we had our first birthday shoot.
We took a selfie with my iphone and posted if on my social media. Lots and lots of comments was been made.
Time checked 6:30pm. Mom called again to confirm if we were ready for the party and she informed us that our driver is on the the way with one other guy that will drive khole's car home. 5minutes later the driver was at the hotel. The Hilux mom sent was beautifully decorated like a wedding vehicle. I hugged khole so tight out of excitement that i thought i over squeezed her.
We got to my compound and through the front screen i could see cars everywhere,the side glasses is tinted so i could not get a better view. The driver told us that my mom said we should not step out of the car before she gets to us since she will be the one to lead me to the event. Five minutes later we heard a tap on side glass and i opened the door. There she was looking breathe taking,my mom 'Mrs.Lillian William'. I got out of the car excitedly and hugged my mom,she was so happy and she kept on muttering 'Oh my baby, u look so beautiful'. The hug was interupted with the M.C, who was shouting loud into the microphone, saying " Give it up for the beautiful celebrant and her mom...Miss and Mrs.williams". Mom released me and told khole to bring what she gave to her,khole brought out a blind fold and gave it to my mom. I had my mouth open, how can u keep such a thing from me,do u people want to kidnap me? They both laughed and wore the blindfold on me. 'All of me' by John legend. Mom led me gracefully to the event and finally stopped somewhere. The M.C asked me to gusse where i was and i said in front of my car. Everybody laughed but they cant understand can they? Have always wanted to drive a car,my car. Mom removed the blindfold and i could see a very huge cake in front of me fully decorated in pink. Everybody was on there feet when i cut my cake and fed my mom with some. I went to my sit which was beside mom and mom was later called for an opening speech. She thanked everybody present and talked about me when i was little and the sweet and loving memories of my dad be4 ending her speech. During mom's speech khole told me Josh was present and she will do the introduction later. I was happy i will be meeting Josh for me to know if khole was truthful him. I was called to dance with my mom first be4 anybody wil be on the dance floor. .Because you love me' by 'cellien dion' was played and all the words in the song got to me. If not for this lovly woman who has been loving me,where will i be? My tears was flowing freely and my mom pulled me to herself. People were clapping and appreciating the mother and daughter display of emotion and the photographers were doing there work. After the dance with my mom,we went to our sit and the M.C announced it was game time. People won different prices like iphone,ipad,rolex wrist watches,designer bags and lot more. During game time mom told me theres a friend she would love me to meet now before people will start leaving since it was getting late. I followed her and we got to the a table. She greeted the woman as if they are sisters and the husband like a brother. She introduced the husband as a minister and the wife as an international bussiness woman. I greeted them and the woman hugged me so tightly like a daughter,the man also shook my hand. The woman looked as if looking for someone before she happily said 'thank God my son is here' A young guy came to the table and bent down alittle to greet the couple he then greeted my mom.. I did not take note of his face until his mom said he should greet the celebrant,he moved closer and i remembered him.yes

The smile on my face turned to a frown when i saw him,he also had is innocent smile replaced with a wicked smile. In order not to disrespect the elders i took his hand and greeted him. The timely arrival of khole saved me from lashing out my hidden anger on him. I was called on stage to receive gifts from guset. My friends took turn to hug and complement me before dropping their gifts. After the gift collection, i was asked to come on stage and deliver an appreciation speech,after which the party ended officially. Mom told me she will retire for the day after see her friends off. I promised her to be a good girl and she left. Khole invited me over to her table where i met josh. Khole did not over rate the dude instead she underated him. He was so handsome with a charming smile. Minutes later Josh told us he would love to be on his way and u should see him off to the car together with khole since he would love to deliver my gift personally. We got to Josh's car and he brought out smth big wrapped. I collected d gift and left the couple to have their privacy. I could not take d gift back to d stage so i decided to take it to my room. I was heading to my room when someone behind me said 'too heavy for ur tiny hand?' i turned and i saw Mr.rude,i hissed and continue walking without a reply. He came close to me and grabbed the gift from me, he then asked 'where?' and i told him 'hell'. He smilled and said 'common am an only child,cant die now'. I kept on walking without a response while he followed. We got to the front of my apartment and i asked him to return the gift,he refuse and said he will take it inside. He ended up following me to my room. I expected him to drop d gift and leave but he refused. He said he wont leave until i thank him for his kind gesture and apologise for me rude. I smilled and fold my hands. He did the same and i told him he his the king of rudeness and i wont apologise for defending myself. He then said 'ok i apologise,how about that? An apology wont reduce my worth,will it?' I was surprised and wonder where the humble behaviour was coming from. I also said thank u and he was about to say smth else before khole call interupted. She asked of my where about and i told her to wait for me. I told jordan it was time to leave and he turned to leave without an argument. I wonder wotsup with the rude jordan. Khole saw us first and she came over,jordan introduced himself and apologised again. I saw some of my friends hanging around so i left jordan with khole. Khole later came to inform me that jordan wants me to see him off,i excused myself and went to him. On our way to his car he held my hand,i frowned at him and he smilled as if he did nothing. We got to his car and he said 'goodnight angel' after releasing my hand. I waved at him and he left.
The party finally came to an end by 10:00pm, myself and khole also retired for the day. Khole told me how cool jordan his during our chat before we bid ourselves goodnight. I ended up staying awake on my bed thinking about the event of the day. Everything was all have always wanted apart from the encounter with the stranger who turned out to be jordan. Talking about jordan he held my hand on our way to his car,what was that for? I was stil thinking about this well i fell asleep.

Chapter 2

The sound of foot step woke me up. My eyes were not fully opened so i turned to the other side of d bed. My body touched some one else's on the bed,i opened my eyes fully and saw khole sleeping beautifully. I smilled,Sewa and Tori came into the room with some gift,they greeted me and that was when i noticed that a corner of my room is been occupied with gifts. Ohh how can i forget something so special. It was my birthday yesterday.
I hurriedly got down from my bed,brushed my teeth and went to mom's room. I knocked and did not wait for a reply be4 entering,i thought mom was still sleeping and wanted to wake her up and scold her just d way she do scold me whenever i wake up by this time. According to her,every normal and hard working humanbeing should be up at most by 6:00am. I entered and she was reading from her bible. She did not acknowledge me so i made my self comfortable on her big couch. Minutes later,mom was done with prayer,i knelt to greet her. She bestowed on me to join her on bed,i did and she hugged me goodmorning. She asked about the party and khole. I told her d party was beautiful and khole was sleeping in my room. Mom held my hand and said "Nancy my dear,you are sixteen now and many girls at your age are bread winners of their family,the journey of a hundred years start in a day. The journey on how to become great in life start now. I have registered you in a jamb coaching center and you will start next week monday. Today is Saturday already and i sent a hundred thousand naira into your account for anything u might be needing. You can go out with khole to get what ever you think you will be needing. Prepare well for your jamb,many people will think it will be the best to send u abroad to school,but my dear, there is nothing wrong with schooling here. You should keep ur head up high and be the best u can be anywhere u find yourself. Finally baby, beware of guys,many people will say virginity is nothing nowadays since its jet age now. Little would you know they say that for self consolation,since they could not keep theirs,they will make mockery of it,just the way people belittle what they do not have in order to make themself feel better. Nancy my girl,you are a precious child,make mama proud and you dad will be proud of you as well". Mom ended her motherly advice,i said thankYou We embraced eachother other and made beautiful promises. The knock on the door interupted us,mom asked whoever it was to come in. Khole entered and greeted mom,she invited her to the bed and hugged her,i did the same and mom was greatful to her for been there. Mom informed us she will be going out later in the day to clear her goods that just arrived. We all left for the dining table for break fast.
Breakfast was a simple meal of bread,tea and egg. Myself and khole rushed to my room after breakfast to check my gifts. I brought out Josh's gift first and asked khole to unwrap it while i closed my eyes waiting for a suprise,she did and when i opened my eyes what i saw was so overwhelming and beautiful. Josh got me a three pieces imported leather traveling bag,it was so beautiful and classy. I wanted to inform mom out or excitement but khole stopped me saying she might be disappointed 2 know she was dating, we both laughed and agreed 2 tell her its just one of the guest. We called Josh and said our thankyou,he also promised to pick us up later for lunch. We checked most of the gifts and got tired of checking,there were so many gifts to check. We later decided to go shopping.
Mom informed us of her departure and we also got ready to go shopping. We went to 'Opeezy unisex fashion empire' i do not need 2 shop alot since i had enough in my wardrobe already. We went back home to dress up for lunch with Josh.
Josh arrived by 1:00pm and we left for lunch. We decided to visit captain cook for lunch in josh car. We got to the eatery and i heard someone shout my name. I turned and saw Jordan full of smille. He came over to us and we exchange pleasantries, according to him,house was boring and he decided to have lunch outside. Khole was with josh in front while jordan was with me behind them. He was asking so many questions and making unnecessary jokes about my party. We settled down in an empty table while Josh and Jordan went to get our orders. 'those two seems to be getting along' khole said immediately they left,i just gave a fake smile and noded. Sincerly speaking it was difficult to say who was more handsome between Josh and Jordan but i am going for Josh if such a question is been asked. Beauty is not applicable to ur look alone but your character as well. Josh brought his and khole order while Jordan brought mine and sat beside me. We were about to eat when a strange guy walked up to our table and started greeting us us with full smile as if we are old friends. Who is this guy that wont let me settle the worms in my stomach
