Dear aspirants don't let anyone give you high BP abeg, until senate seats and decides on cut off no cut off will be out, and cut off are usually decided as per average pass rate by department and u.i is a merit university at least I know that by experience, just take take chill pill and wait for the cut off and pray whichever way it take it should favour you. Ui's 2011/2012 cut offs had Merit, 'Locality' and elds as its headings.
