Argument aroused around the sole right of power of prosecution between government security agencies and some said NSCDC, EFCC, ICPC and DSS dont have the power to Prosecute and only the POLICE has that. Pls in all the security agencies, WHO has the power to prosecute and Who don't has? |

Elsquidme:None of them have the power to sue. They are all investigating agencies. Only the office of the attorney general have the power to trial a case in court. |
