seunthomas: I laugh in swahili. Dude, what makes you think I have not spoken to good lawyers on this matter? Plus you are on a public domain, and all these rubb-i-sh you are uttering are making you look st.u.pid before the world. One day, you will read these your comments and you will just start weeping. I shall leave you to continue WALLOWING IN YOUR IGNORANCE. For now, i think i will just leave this thread - since your reasoning faculty is just too low for to cope with. Hasta la vista. 1 Like 1 Share |

dhtml18:The guy is so confused. He is trying to explain 80k line of code away with JPA forgetting that java is and OOP language that extremely minimizes re-coding of similar concepts while maximizing reuse of codes. I know 75% of our local IT people are like him so won't blame him much. |

dhtml18: Mr man, i had similar issues with bigger companies than NSE. I just ignored their initial brohaha because it did not have any legal weight. Na you no know anything but you come here to be deceiving people. Its because of this your ignorance that this section has stifled growth. |
Re: How Many Lines Of Code Is Your Largest Work So Far? by seunthomas: 8:02am On Oct 14, 2016 |
Sibrah: Why do i have to be arguing with you. LOL. Simple just go and create 5 tables and create the necessary JPA work and come here and tell us how much your novice a** has in LOC. |

Nigerians are so stupid they'll believe anything you feed them. Writing 100k LOC isn't the problem, your client actually sat with you and "jokingly decided to count the number of codes by looking at the line number on each page."? Who does that? So you sat down and started adding the last numbers of each file? How come all these projects don't have names? "I was working on a project like that...." What project? This section has become a dump yard for liars. Nigerians programmers don't talk where their mates talk. You don't see them contributing on quora, but here on Nairaland they form gods. Smh. If you're a beginner I'll advise you to avoid this section like a plague. 3 Likes |

Djtm: Another @dhtml18 croonie. LOL. Your father is waiting for you on the other thread. I dont know why Nairaland has refused to delete those fake accounts you own. |

seunthomas: This is one of those guys who think they've won an argument when they type "lol". Then they make sure they never address any of your points cos they're so damn correct. What other thread? I don't visit here anymore. If you're smart enough to write 100k LOC(well, maybe not that smart since you were actually manually adding line numbers for God knows how many files), you'd have gone through my profile to ascertain if I'm fake or not. |

dhtml18: Or your bot children. I think root needs to delete some of those your bot children accounts. They are giving nairaland a bad reputation having thousands of fake accounts does not help any platform. |

Djtm: Well am not moved by your insults. On my thread its free speech first. I was just learning to use the report button when your ancestor decided to delete an entire thread. Anyway, i asked your ancestor to delete all references to me also. On my threads you are free to express yourself. For me its all fun and sometimes ignorance can be a good lesson teacher. |

op, at this point you should admit that you were bluffing. It's apparent you were telling a fib (fabu) . or if not, then why get so defensive about it. You cant say what project it is, for fear that from the project name, the entire source code will discovered and stolen (*very logical mind you have*). Your story just doesnt add up. Besides some1 single handedly architecting 100k+ solution wouldnt come here to argue that java arrays are not homogenous!! You would have locked down this knowledge in your subconscious. Even in your sleep you'd give the right answer. You'd know the inner workings of OOP (polymorphism, abstraction, inheritance, etc) because without this deep knowledge you can create large modular extensible software. 1 Like |

Sorry to say, but this is a really silly topic. Writing up to 1k line of code in this era of oop is a curse. |
Re: How Many Lines Of Code Is Your Largest Work So Far? by Nobody: 6:19pm On Oct 15, 2016 |
This thread is encouraging bad programming practice. You are meant to split your projects into bits and pieces, how can you be writing 100000 lines into a single file? E gba mi o! |

dhtml18: Only a fool will be expecting to see 100k lines of code in a single file. The mare thought that you can even reason along this line is remarkable. I am shaking my head seriously and laughing vigorously in Mugabe's voice. |

guru01: Possibly if you dont just make it habit to jump into conclusion but read a thread thoroughly you will become a better programmer. |
Re: How Many Lines Of Code Is Your Largest Work So Far? by seunthomas: 7:18pm On Oct 15, 2016 |
asalimpo: You are still on the array topic?? I teach people like you for a living but like they say when a child is born dull nothing can be done to save that child except the child. If you actually no anything about programming, you will know that arrays are just references to memory. Anyway, nothing can be done for you at this stage. I advice you not to depend on all you read online as a lot of falsehood are online. Buy textbooks from revered authors. |
