Wao - It keeps getting worse.

I thought this was a joke. Jeeze - Buhari actually said this, standing right beside a more competent, powerful, learned and intelligent leader who incidentally happens to be a woman too.

Chai- what did we do to deserve such a 1894 president in this day and age?

A virtuous woman is known to protect her family, which is her primary role hence should refrain from public lullaby that will create more cracks in her marriage.

Though what Aisha said was right but the message was delivered in a wrong perspective and place. She ought to have declined the interview but since she has, she openly exposed her family and self to more public ridicule.

What can you say of the gentle ineffectual buffoon (GEJ) who is being controlled by his wife?

I don't know why the ladies of this generation are chasing the unrighteous marriage concept of the western. Even PMB wife said it before election that she is a house wife not an office holder and said she should be addressed as Wife of the President not First lady with Ego and crafty hands as we saw in the past administration. She belong to everywhere the President says she belong. That why he is the head.
This single reason is why celebrities cannot last in their husband house(Pride and Ego).
A woman must know her place. As a man when you refuse to define this place before marriage, you get things like mama peace of the past with watery mouth.

All this these is called submissiveness. Even the devil was sent down for insubordination.

Where I say my wife belong is where she belongs. Meaning even if she is the President of Nigeria she is still my wife and belongs to my kitchen and bedroom with orthopedic matrass. wink

We are Africans and must behave as such.

Therefore, I stand with Baba on this one and my sweet wife support my post.

Far from that bro. Buhari is not a man u can make to dance to ur tune even if u are his wife and that is discipline. Buhari won election not because of Aisha but Aisha came to the limelight because she is married to Buhari and she can park out of Aso Rock if she so wishes, nonsense. Who told her that Buhari won because of her campaign? Who even know her? Abeg, make she got siddon jare.

What a primordial statement from the president! This man belongs to the antiquities.

Anyways, what's done is done, Bubu can't take Aisha's words back...

Baba listen and learn while still have the opportunity to, otherwise ur fate will be like that of the stubborn fly...

It is only an irresponsible woman that will condemn her husband in the public. Even Hillary Clinton at the height of Bill's sex scandal did not come up with accusation in the open. Her character in the face of crises speaks her her today.

Buhari should not insult the female folk. This statement is the climax of insensitivity to female gender from a President.
Aisha like every other woman in Nigeria deserve an apology from the president.
This is not 18th century just in case the President has forgotten.

Honestly. I don't think there's anytin wrong wit ds Buhari kind of wife.
This is a woman dat is fighting, in her own way,to protect her husband & her home 4rm friendly foes.
For her to have gone to d media, she must be short of options.
I commend her & Mr Buhari should attend to her fears.

Backward man running a backward government.
actually Buhari was endorsed by the democrats. If trump must center his camppaign on women like clinton, then this statement will be an issue against her in the next debate. Especially how clinton and democrats endorse moves without critical assesment.
