I eat cooked food once a day that is in the afternoon. I developed this habit of eating fruits in the morning and at night for the past 6months. Sometimes my friends complain that it is the reason i'm not adding weight. Is there anything wrong in my feeding habit?

there's no particular fruit. But it is either, water melon, paw paw, banana or pineapple. It depends on the availability.

If you haven't died or fainted all this while then you're doing something right.
