Whatever amount you withdraw outside the country for instance $50 on your MasterCard. You bank pays $50 to MasterCard for the money you have withdrawn, then master card pay the ATM machine owner.

Now they mean there is not dollar to settle those kinds of payments/transactions again. So they kukuma cancel it.

If only you knew what I was also pondering. I had to read some parts of the article twice to make sure I understood it well. Whatever the case, they had better organise themselves before summer of 2017 o. I have professional certifications I need to renew + travel plans o.

I was referring to Nigerian recession. Don't be quick to jump to conclusion. Anyone knows bitcoin value can fall but for now it keeps rising and is still in high demand.
