For swing trading (if you want to wait for about 2-3 days to know you are on the wrong side and 5-15 days to take profit if you are on the right side), I would say you should not buy any of the pairs yet as they are not yet ripe. Wait until about Wednesday to take action. Success mrikay: |

mrikay:don't buy gbpcad, the reason being oil is bullish...cad and oil are or should be the same. same reason i won't buy nzdcad,if you see a weakness in oil then buy. i will answer you thus with a oil chart, price should re-touch 51.66 and then become bearish that should signal your buy too. hope that helped.

Forex Weekly Outlook October 17-21 The US dollar gained against most of its counterparts last week, despite the consumer confidence index (87.9) falling to a year low in September. The economy continued to create jobs by maintaining a four decade low unemployment benefits at 246,000 in the week ended Oct.8, same as previous week. Also, consumer spending rebounded in September surging 0.6 percent from previously declining 0.2 percent in August, while the producer price index rose 0.3 percent for the first time in three months, indicating that consumer prices may be picking up as the increase in costs (energy and food) are pass-on to consumers. This is one of the reasons consumer confidence dropped in the said month, as consumers are likely to react to increase in costs, and also it explained Fed’s position as to why aggressive steps “high-pressure economy” may be needed to lower unemployment further and boost consumption simultaneously, even if it means at a higher inflation rate. Accordingly, the Fed Chair Yellen Janet during 60th annual economic conference in Boston, Massachusetts on Friday noted that extreme economic events like the world is currently experiencing have challenged existing economic views in terms of what drive growth (demand and supply). While, admitting this will necessitate further research from the profession and the Fed, she said there were evidences from post-financial crisis that aggregate increase in demand lead to appreciable effect on aggregate supply against widely accepted notion that an economic output over the long-term is equal to its resources (labour, costs and existing technologies). This was because at a more accommodative monetary policy (interest rate 0.5%), unemployment rate has remained nearly stagnant and so is the output. Wow.i have clear signal to load my basket with following pairs:daily chart tf EC = SELL, EJ = SELL Usdcad =SELL EN = SELL CHFJPY = SELL Please @pipsbasketing and other basketeers kindly confirm or make your inputs as usual. |
Re: Forex Trading Alerts - Season 16 by Nobody: 6:31pm On Oct 17, 2016 |
EC could be ECAD or ECHF, but anyways, these two pairs have been bearish since about 6days, any SELL right now could be late as ECAD is almost getting exhausted, but ECHF just confirmed its sell last Friday, so may still be fresh kind of sha. If you enter SELL on ECHF, its success is of high probability only that you may be risking more for less or same. Here, you would be rendering a larger stop gap....beware EJ SELL confirmed but I have been on SELL since last week Tuesday, though as been ranging since then, entering now is not bad at all. UCAD and EN: The SELL is highly confirmed. Success lawson007: |

At all bro, one does not need to be highly intelligent. Survival of the fittest I mean is this business has discouraged and wrecked many people but it only takes those that can endure to stand it and conquer mrikay: |

eurgbp having a valid .84327 and .82244 move to do...will the move be done, don't know very accurately though but if it does occur. The next trade on the pair will be a precised entry with minimum stop. there is a scenario to play out here as i expect a massive sell off with a short period or a gradual process which will bring new figures, still watching the market though.

Re: Forex Trading Alerts - Season 16 by Nobody: 12:13pm On Oct 19, 2016 |
BULLS LOSING STEAM USD/JPY sellers stood their ground and buyers retreated in recent sessions as MACD (26, 12, 9) has fallen off below its median line. On a 4hr chart, this technical condition may be taken by many trend-following traders as a trigger to liquidate long positions. The fact that the MACD hasn't been under zero for at least one week of trading, reinforces the argument that room for further USD/JPY depreciation is there. |
