Why I posted the link to my website is not just simply to get credit, but to show to people that there is a reliable and valuable source where they can get health information from..

There are so many websites on google and many of them are not credible.. so I am trying to share things which includes my own life experiences and struggles and also from research so that people will be able to understand very well..

Imagine a website gives you a weight loss secret and someone who was very fat before and is now so slim gives you a different view of that secret... which will you believe more... Isn't it someone you know has been through a lot rather than just a website..

That is how credible I am trying to be...
