My thought on all the latest emotional outbursts is this :
If you are worried about somebody gambling with his/her money,
were you the person that taught him/her how to make the money in the first place?

Sometime between now and end of the year, CBN is going to have to release it's grip on the Naira, allow it depreciate a little in order to allow some of these banks breath i.e. considering the rising NPLs.

We know that's why they devalued close to the end of June. Policies to favour the elite

My friend, I was just amused how they were quickly bypassing those that locked in on N2.99 & N3.00. immediately their initial supplies were cleared, they promptly poured again to test the depth of the buyers pocket.... grin grin grin!!!

sirflav:

sir, the abnormality seems to have been carried over from q2. the q3 seems relatively normal in comparison with q1.

the current market reaction is obviously the first reaction (similar to your quick reaction sir) to the profit for the period.

also do you see that q3 actually had a net finance income of about 350 million?

bro sorry for bringing this up again.I believe it's clear that this isn't a knee jack reaction.
if you have good quantity you could have sold and bought back around #100 and below.
thanks
