Abeg make una help me again oo. Have been browsing on what to do to ease or relieve me from this vomitting and nausea. I came across ginger tea. plz how useful and safe is Ginger tea in 1st trimester? l am just 10 weeks l guess. Edd says May 21 plus 3 days 2016

I feel you should let somone prepare meat that has plenty bone peppersoup for you without you perceiving the aroma so it won't piss you of. The bones will keep your tongue busy better than chewing rubber. You can take not too sweet fruits too. Most important is that don't let the saliva have space on your tongue. I noticed that cause I'm irritated at almost everything I see is making me loose appetite hence making me really weak, but once I force myself to eat something, I feel better. And also I make sure that I don't loosen up to laziness, I try to to the home chores sharp sharp without taking rest unless I feel dizzy, and it is kinda helping out

I'm honestly surprised you would think mamas deliberately ignored your question. 
We chastise other mamas on this same issue over and over again, and you're not a new mama here

Your question was about pain on where you had your appendix, and the only person who has a slight experience answered your question. I believe that's fair!  Plus you asked that question some hours ago! 

If it hurts so bad, then see a doctor at least to ease your fears!

I'm sure you have noticed that the regular mamas that answers most of the questions on the thread were offline today!

There's no way someone who has absolutely no experience as regards your question can give you an answer before it turns to "stories that touch"

Yes you can and it's absolutely safe. Grate and pour hot water you may add honey to sweeten if you can tolerate it. Keeping a piece of bitter Kola in your mouth helps too and it's also safe I took it all through my pregnancies.

The reason why you are finding it really hard sleeping on your stomach these days is because you are actually not supposed to be sleeping on your stomach anymore. You really have the learn how to sleep on your side for your baby's safety. you can also be alternating the sides. Kpele

You can't sleep on your stomach anymore. ...its left side while occasionally changing to right side....use a pillow inbetween your thighs and another behind you ....that s what I used
