You need to go to LUTH they will treat in three ways surgery, radiotherapy and drug. Very expensive drug though. By any means do not attempt to go to a one man hospital to cut it off else it comes back bigger and worse. Just get an appointment to see a surgeon at LUTH or UI they will handle it for you. Any other treatment local or advised will only end up wasting your money and frustrating you.

TO be honest, the Keloid's location doesn't seem that bad, and if your facial features are attractive enough, most ladies will overlook that.

Stop listening to people here with miracle cures. You should have continued with the injections. Takes time for it to 'reduce' even if it still leaves a sort of shiny 'scar' on the spot the keloid was. Disregard the advice given where you were asked to use clobestasol cream. As a topical steroid ointment, one of the side effects which will happen if you continually use it is thinning of the skin. The injection (which i'm guessing is kenalog 40) is still your best choice at this moment even if as a steroid, it has its own issues. It is not a one time thing. In developed countries, cryotherapy can be used. The injection is intralesional and is done by a professional so do not worry about people telling you to be careful of 'vital' head structures. Pete, surgery has a high rate of recurrence and head radiotherapy in a young person especially male should be avoided at all costs unless it is absoutely neccessary

I have to differ.For any treatment to be considered evidence_based or worthwhile there must be some kind of data. One must ask ,what happened to the last 100 people that had this treatment.Does it matter by whom and where the treatment was administered? and so on

There are so many different sizes of keloids located on different parts of the body. Cryotherapy is usually reserved for smaller keloids.
In general the most practical treatments like surgery and intralesion injections have close to a 50% chance of relapse often worse than pre-treatment. which is not far off from what happens with time anyway.

There are psychological problems associated with prolonged treatment and in my view that is what should be the original focus in managing steroids and their implication for body image psychology. This particular keloid in my view should be left alone unless it is causing troublesome itching.

I can clearly see that, you have a bigger problem in your life and if not dealt with ruthlessly, it will bring you downfalls and failures.

That problem is, inferiority complex aka the value of self worth.

As for the scar on your head, contrary to what anyone will tell you, am 100% certain that, it will follow you for the rest of your life; unless you become filthy rich, to afford the surgery where healthy skins will be removed from other part of your body and planted on your head, plus some hair growth treatment on it...
