These calcare people are so imcompetent. The ones at the customer service are just deranged. And the ones that come to NL to type"pls take it to..." They are worst. We already know that we are to take it there, it won't be bad if you tell us how much.

Hello Savigne, you can try to remove some files to SD card, and choose to download to phone inner memory if possible.
