Obiano you good to go for second tenure.

I just pray other governments could copy this idea, especially states in the "south-south" there are alot of agricultural potentials, even in cash crops. I really respect Anambra for their ingenuity, not just in rice farming, but in other areas, other governments should learn. This is the way forward.

If this is Nigeria then there's hope; lots of hope that we'll develop.

How would this affect the price of rice in the market? Government should establish ways of controlling commodity prices instead of allowing marketers inflating prices everyday.

This is horrible! Price of sugar, for example, that was around N6,000 last year is now N20,000 . A bag of Rice has doubled, Semovita the same, even the price of razor blade has doubled. The minimum wage is the same and thus by implication, the value of our monthly salaries has fallen 50% down since it can only sustain a worker for a week or two. More borrowings and lending of food items by civil servants to sustain their livelihood. Many parents cannot pay their children's school fees.

The list is endless. Oh God of mercy, give our leaders more humane hearts to lead us well. May Nigeria be great again. May our citizens be more productive than been rumour mongers on social media. May our citizens be wise enough to know what is good and what is bad. May Nigerians shine their eyes and know their best leader during elections. Ameen! O' Lord of mercy.

Our people are always very hardworking. Our problem is the politicians. Obiano is a guest to the farm likewise the cbn governor and agric minister. The owner of the farm was carefully excluded inthis media image laundering of a useless governor. Mr cosmos Maduka owns the rice farm.
Obiano has left the state comatose. The bad state of most roads is alarming. He should stop all these photoshoot of private investments by our peoplr. Even b4 his birth, our people have been investing at home and elsewhere. This clown should gerrout.

Nice one,very commendable!we have no business importing grains and vegetables cos of our vast and fertile land.you don't needo any form of artificial fertilisers in most parts of nigeria.just plant and weed the farm and then reap a bountiful harvest.

You are just calling names of places, forget obiano and noise because before he came on board anambra has 4 good local governments producing rice in large quantity, but the difference between then and now is hand tools and mechanized farming which your underdeveloped uzo uwani don't have.
