While the grazing law is applaudable, using the cows for stomach infrastructure is not advisable. A fulani herdsman value the life of his cow more than anything and doesn't forgive lost of a cow. Some of the attacks back in the middlebelt region was a result of cow rustling and killing for meat purposes. Though the attacks most of the time is an act of terrorism.


Rather, I suggest that any herdsman that violates the law should pay a huge fine to get his cow released.
