asapkudi:The only help she can give is that you sort her permission include her name and address as your contact in the US in your DS160 form. The VO might want to see some evidence of relationship during the interview, so copy of her US passport data page will be great too. |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by ekpotek: 6:30pm On Oct 20, 2016 |
asapkudi: Given your intentions. The Mexican visa will be much easier to get than the US visa. Meet her in Mexico get married, get a stay in Mexico, while she file for you to join her in the US. Give or take 5-6 years you will land in the US pronto!! Lol. |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by Blizzle(m): 7:35pm On Oct 20, 2016 |
Attraction: Yes I guess you can provided you include that info in your DS form and obtain a letter if invitation from your friend to back it up. But the most important thing is your ties and travel history |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by LadyGuinivere: 7:46pm On Oct 20, 2016 |
asapkudi:Read the thread. So that ye may be empowered! If you want, know Chelsea Clinton,if u do not have ties, u won't be given a visa |

Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by Attraction: 8:39pm On Oct 20, 2016 |
Blizzle:I will put my friend as contact person and his address right. Yea he is ready to send me invitation, passport page etc, cos he is an American. About my ties; I'm a banker and don't intend staying in US cos I want my gratuity on my 10th yr, I'm already 7yrs counting. Travel history : Indonesia to represent Nigeria in a pageant last year. Wdy think |

Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by seyewest(m): 11:20pm On Oct 20, 2016 |
Attraction:Stop asking us and go look for it on the U.S embassy site |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by seyewest(m): 11:29pm On Oct 20, 2016 |
ekpotek:And if they ask him ''how much did you pay for the conference'' what will he say? that he want to get the visa before paying right? Is that not dubious? although you can attend free conference or paid conference but there must be correspondence with the organizers showing your serious intention to attend the conference. 1 Like |

asapkudi:Dude! PLEASE look at the title of this thread. It is not 'How to conduct a bigamous marriage' Or 'the process for marrying a mexican-American girl' It is 'VISIT VISA THREAD' Kindly. With all respect. Ask your questions in the migrant visa thread m'kay? Thank you |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by LadyGuinivere: 8:54am On Oct 21, 2016 |
amanonymous:Which is the reason why the advice 'go thru the thread and transcripts' is invaluable advice. Why do you have to wade through conflicting personal opinions when you can read facts and form your own opinion? |

Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by Blizzle(m): 9:25am On Oct 21, 2016 |
Attraction: I really can't say bro. The VO would obviously assess your application based on many indices. But I would advice you get a schengen visa and visit 2 countries in Europe. That would greatly boost your chances. Best wishes |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by worry359(m): 9:29am On Oct 21, 2016 |
amanonymous: As stated before The visa officer is not interested in invite letter. They want to see strong ties to prove return home after the visit, and robust finances. Read back on this section as advised by MrsG. |

LadyGuinivere: If you take a deep breath and read also understand you will know my question is all about the easier way to get the visa...Learn to read and understand. |
Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by worry359(m): 9:41am On Oct 21, 2016 |
asapkudi:We read and understand YOU very well. We see a desperate person asking for aid to enter an illegal and bigamous relationship. All to gain a visa by any means to enter the USA. (Which have now been read and noted by many people.) These forums are not here to advise in illegal activities but to help honest people. Also insulting people here will just get you a slap! Take your criminal ideas elsewhere. 1 Like |

Re: USA Visit Visa Part 2 by LadyGuinivere: 9:58am On Oct 21, 2016 |
asapkudi:I read. And I understood you very well. You are looking for a way to hoodwink the vos into getting a visa and getting married for status purposes. To that end, you are willing to conduct a marriage with one who is already married. That is bigamy. And illegal. And will never fetch u a visa. Now I ask, how is this relevant in a visit visa thread? You also want to go to mexico to try and get a visa from there. U have been advised to consider your ties. You were also adviced to go thru the proper route, I believe someone mentioned a k visa. Again, totally out of the scope of this thread. So Mister. I understand you well. I have lived here long enough to seperate the wheat from the chaff. What I understand is that you lack the concept of propriety and prefer shortcuts. I wish you good luck in your endeavours but again I repeat and with all due respect, stop spamming and channel your questions to the appros thread. U have no intention of merely visiting. That is what we are here for. Thank you. 1 Like |

Hello house, I went for interview for B1/B2 on the 28th Sept. @ lagos consulate office. The woman that interviewed me told me my visa is approved & I should pick up my passport at isolo dhl office(circled on the white paper handled over to me) on Wednesday the following week. I tracked the passport on the US Consulate website on 5th Oct. & it shows passport still with US consulate. I later track it again last week & it shows no status update available for the passport number submitted & have not received any pick up email. Please advice me Thanks |
