No one has been cleared. Things are taking a new turn now, it now seems that we'll have to carry on with everything else before we're cleared. Remember, Jamb has to give you admission, and the VC has said that They will meet with Jamb by the second week of November. It's only after then we'll be recognized by Jamb as admitted. I think we would have registered and started lectures before we're cleared (judging by what Unilorin plans to do with Jamb)

normally, clearance is next because u can't do anything till you are cleared but I read an earlier comment where a fresher said its registration before clearance.....which is impossible.....(but he seemed quite sure of himself).....so, I don't know again o.

After you've been cleared paid all necessary dues. r we going to use our school leaving certificate and testimonial while registering for our course? Kuz some people r saying testimonials and co r not needed until 300lvl

To all succesfull applicant i congratulate you all..
If you re not cleared then you are as good as not being admitted at all..but dont be scared every admitted applicant will be cleared except you did nt upload what you claimed to av during registration..
those with result slightly different from what u supplied during reg might be moved from your admitted dept.But try as possible to be in school on monday if you can! But i can assure you lectures won't start on monday!.

THINGS YOU SHOULDNT DO IN UNILORIN

-Resist to dress indecently, rmember u re nt yet a student so u would nt even be giving the honour of being rusticated. By indecent i mean dont wear too skimpy gowns nd skirts also dont show cleavages guys with long hair cut it.
-Dont for any reason fight or insult ANYBODY.
-Resist dat temptation to steal anytin nt only will you be sent out u might face jail.
-Dnt trust anybody!
-Dont follow hearsays verify every info from your level adviser.
-If you are still using gtb instant accnt dont attempt to pay your school fees into it ooooo!
-Dnt carry about original copies of your certificates keep them somewhere safe u need just photocopies.
-Dnt be intimidated by anyone on campus!
-When you get cleared pay ur fees nd complete registration as soon as possible.
-Your course list is very impo make sure to visit ur level adviser to guide you on that dnt follow ur friend, to change anything is N2500.
-Try to Always av lower denomination money on you(change) it can be very frustrating to be looking for change in unilorin.

As for Your documenrd you wont be asked for things you cant readily get.!
You don't need your school testimonial or original waec certificate! Who your sec skool epp ?;-)
you need photocopies of ur jamb result,nd registration slips,waec result,birth certificate not church own ooo ,state of origin.
Then you are good to go.

As i said earlier you have to be very carefull you re not students yet,even after clearance you are still not students.!

its never compulsory to resume on a given date...but its sometimes advisable.

But I still say that if u have not been cleared yet.....since lectures have not resumed....its best you are cleared first. I say this because....some people don't get cleared for the same course. For example, u may be admitted for medicine but cleared for MCB (microbiology).

Before this new screening method though.....people usually go to COMSIT for clearance and they get cleared.

NB: comsit is the department/office in charge of your clearance stuff.

u don't need your sec school testimonial for anything. What you need is your original waec cert.....but that will be in your semi final year for clearance (300lvl...2nd semester for 4yrs course and 400lvl....2nd semester for 5yrs course).

you are right jare..... its funny how some people can sit and feed these freshers lies and fake news because of their vulnerability and ignorance. do not mind him he no sabi anything about unilorin'.
