so my younger sis tried registering for nysc for batch A 2016 and realized that her name wasn't there anymore( she saw her name on the senate list with another person's matric number and her school told her to use it but when it was time to register, she couldnt ....Why, the owner of the matric number already registered it with .../long story)

the issue here is that she made the 3000 payment the last time and I'm made to understand that once you make the payment, you won't do it again ...

so she tried registering for this batch and they (the cyber cafe attendant) are saying that the payment has expired and she'll need to make another one ...

So are we to make another payment or is there something we ain't doing right ??

This info isn't accurate take note as i used waec and its a mistake jamb DOB hence i had the same mistake

With my little survey,I realised that folks that didn't regularize are facing this particular issue the most. Seems NYSC is using either waec or jamb dob to verify once dob. Jamb for those with neco results (unverified)

Don't be bothered because you have been mobilised and regularisation is already late. Just look for all possible means to effect the dob change.. I don't have or seen any for now but will revert as soon as I get a link.

It is not true. If you like have above First class. My friend is teaching in a Primary school with a first class result, so I don't know where you got your information from.

My own issue is that its only on my WAEC cert that 1988 was wrongly used as my DOB instead of my true 1989 DOB.. While doing my NYSC reg it was my true 1989 DOB that came and I did the registration.. Its till Monday I'll be able to contact my school... Though I don't have birth cert, but an Affidavit instead... Are my issues similar to yours?

Just different sides to the same coin. My dob is completely wrong in my jamb while its correct on my waec cert

Go to your school for the collection, if you don't wanna pay. But bear in mind that you have to pay befor you can print your green card. The ball is in your court!!!!

justifiedcoyy My DOB is wrong. Following NYSC directive to contact DSA with some documents, i contacted them and they say there's nothing they can do about it but wait till camp. Is there any alternative course of action? (These little things are part of what makes me detest that school. they care less about anyone's plight)
