This is exactly what I told the kid. He has never had a job. Sometimes,you have the millions in your account but you can't stomach the disrespect and rubbish from the boss.

A big YES. Irrespective of pay. Especially all those private companies belonging to families. The prime movers can be a pain in the ass*. I once walked out on an employer in Benin whose son runs the company like a slave camp. Incidentally, the name of the company is associated with freedom. The pay was fairly okay and at that time, I had saved quite some amount to feed my self while searching for another job. Ol'boy! I just threw in the towel. As God would do His wonders, I got a job 10 times better (in pay and working conditions) not long after.

A lot of Nigerians are living in bondage with High bp, insomnia and depression because of crazy "ogas". My advice is once you can't take it anymore, cut down on your spending and save for the next few months before leaving the ass.wipe to drown in his/her own misery.

I left a job too this July because the work conditions werent ideal and my boss was a muthafhucker and I didnt want to do something i would regret.

Still looking for a job but I dont regret my actions.

There is no company you will go that has perfect working conditions, you only quit IF you are guaranteed a better job, and under this administration, your chances are very slim. Think before you act. I know people that quit because of saying yes, they are doing NOTHING at the moment. Before you quit, strategize well then make your move.

there is this short guy i'm directly under, I have told him many times that I can't help his inferiority complex

I have higher qualification, he think he has more experiences

......and everyone knows i'm better coz I have developed pass what he taught me

I always put him in perspective whenever he crossed his boundary

when someone is taken work-relationship beyond office

I've done it before.. i'm not looking out wanting to work under someone anymore.. bosses don't have two heads.. I want to be my own boss!
