It is rather advisable for you to know how to manage the situation than to quit especially when a better option is not available else you will only find yourself to blame in the end bro. You might need to sit yourself down and analyse your boss and get things right with him and eventually establish win-win relationship with him or her. Good luck 1 Like

fakati: Probably, you were searching for easy life, my bro life is not easy anywhere. The only time i will advise anybody to leave the boss is when the boss is like a sickness to your body. If the boss is negativly destroying your health and life, just quit bc, if u die, he moves to another person. 3 Likes |

CountDracula:I'm about making that decision now. A bad boss is a pain in the *ss! They can drain you emotionally and psychologically and it can affect your potential and morale to do anything. They can kill your self esteem too. Even after work, you become useless @ home. I'm giving him till end of the year, I don't care I'm off his work train if he doesn't change. 2 Likes |

Avalon316:That's what most of them don't know. Believe me those who give such answers have never worked under such bosses before. I bet you, when you're pushed to the wall you won't care one bit about the pay. It is then you'll realize that it's not everything money can compensate for. 3 Likes 1 Share |

nmreports: who told you that? I quit my last job of 120K three months ago because of one garbage man who called himself my boss. After overworking me with all the tasks in the company he had the nerve to tell the accountant not to pay me for just one outstanding task. Mhennn that was the last conversation we had. I quit a state civil service job as level 8 in Edo State last year because of a wicked and heartless boss that made the job a living hell fire for us. I cannot pray for my worst enemy to work under such boss. The job was a threat to life and health. The new job can issue 20 people query in a day for no just genuine reason 1 Like |
