You can eat dear provided it's made by you or a trusted place ( I am not bothered about the potash cos the amount used won't harm you at this stage my worry is hygiene to avoid food poisoning)

Good day mama's, hubby just got me pregnacare Max for 7630 just for me to realise now is just 28 days supply, vex catch me(just imagining what that money will do for me). Pls does it worth it coz me I don't intend continuing after this one. #vexing

I was on pregnacare max for the 1st 6 months...I had to stop when the price increased to 7k+ and I switched to pronatal which costs btw 2200 to 2500.
If u can afford to keep buying, no wahala...but if u can't, y not switch to another brand of multivitamin.

I don't know how much potash is used and how much should be eaten but I do know it gave Mitchyy serious contractions when she ate it in maybe Owoh soup or so.

If you are preparing it yourself, exclude potash. If you are eating it in a joint, I believe it's when you place the order, they start preparing it for you, so you can request they exclude potash or add little quantity.
