I experienced this same issue wen I played the game. It's a bug, What u av to do is to untick timer hack In graphics setting. After that the game we be slow just manage it dat way and jump unto the 1st legde & 2nd ledge, kratos will hang unto it climb up, go back to graphics setting & tick back timer hack. Dats all. Thank me later
