Anyone still supporting the sinister moves of NJC these days does not love Nigeria. So why the cult-like secrecy? So what happened to the Freedom of Information Act? Why should the NJC be wary of media and public scrutiny? Nigeria judiciary have never had it so bad. 36 Likes 1 Share |

“Where such leakage is occasioned prior to the presentation of the complaint and the source of the leakage is found to be the complainant or through other parties known to and connected with the complainant then such complaint shall not be accepted, upon submission by the appropriate disciplinary body. So on the basis of this, even if the allegations are damning and evident, NJC wouldn't do anything? DSS has not started molesting you people, una just start!!! 40 Likes 3 Shares |

I am sure that this is to conceal the level of rot in the system. When DSS arrested those judges, those that had dirty deals with them came out to rant nonsense. The thunder that will fire you people is still consulting with ISIS 9 Likes |

Everybody is flexing their muscle. Welldone. When you go the wrong way, you cause a negative reaction. Media trial/propaganda, the tool of apc government will do the country no good. Where has the dictum that accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty gone to? Someone help me ask apc. 1 Like |

Hahaha!! Just imagine!! How then do these people imagine the public is to believe whatever they say?? Isn't this a blatant move to shield and protect corrupt judges?? Gosh!! It all makes sense now. When someone said the judiciary is one of my biggest problems while referring to the fight against corruption, we didn't understand what he meant- but now, we know better! What a crying shame. I wonder what defence their recent online minions would put up for this shameful move. Gaddamn funny. 17 Likes 4 Shares |

Buhari is a monumental failure and anyone still doubting that is core daft(or maybe a programmed zombie) Waging war against the judiciary at a time that the president is neither in good working relationship with the legislature nor even mere party member; that's certainly the beginning of the end of Buhari dynasty. 2 Likes 1 Share |

What happens to the Freedom of Information Act. Petition against a common man can be published while any against a judge must not!!!!!!!! Nigeria has turned Animal Farm where all Animals are equal but some are more equal than the others. God, please help us. 7 Likes |

Imagine the nonsense!. And some people will say the PMB administration hasn't convicted anyone yet. How can a man convict his fellow corrupt man? How can the NJC ban the publication against any allegation of members of the judiciary? The nigerian masses has a right to know who and who is being accused of corruption. Silencing this only shows the NJC has a trick up their sleeve, and it's not going to favour the common man. 11 Likes |

"The policy partly read, “lt shall be the policy of the judiciary on complaints that allegations of misconduct against judicial officers or employees of the judiciary shall not be leaked or published in the media. “Where complaints on allegations against judicial officers and court employees are submitted for investigation, the complainant or complainants shall be made to give an undertaking not to do anything to prejudice investigation or actions that may be taken." Therefore all that an accused judge needs to do to ensure that a charge is disregarded is just to get it published! Too many back doors created already! ! **If you are a student and you would like to work for RentALodge as a RentALodge contact in your school, see the signature for address. NJC Abi what do they call that body of benchers ,they shouldn't take Nigerians for fools. We aren't fools at all. You are in charge of justice in the nation, why not be transparent in nature.? Why the secrecy of petition ? Have you people forgotten that we are in the era of freedom of information? 2 Likes |
