No. The list quoted here was from September 22nd. Inec extended the date of its release of its final list till October 27th on Thursday that will contain finalised names of the approved substituted candidates, that is why PDP in Ondo are in panic mode coz they don't know whose name will appear under the party. The AD chaiman in the state has long since fowarded Oke's name as replacement to Olowookere before the stipulated deadline.

So INEC does not recognise court judgement on PDP matter? Wahala dey for PDP candidate ooo! Even if he wins what happened in Ameachi case will repeat itself in Ondo. Jimoh Ibrahim could as well go to sleep until the election is over..allow Mimiko to do the spending on his behalf and he does the ruling later.
