I have Been smelling monkey hunting for days.
From Total, to Mobil, now Presco.

No monkey hunting here bro. These are value stocks that are good for short and long term. Though, i am beginning to worry about the long term value of Mobil with the recent divestment but will continue to watch. However, government's agric policy and devaluation seems to be working in Presco's favour with the impressive 9-month financial performance

House,I contacted Cardinalstone registrars today for the E-dividend mandate.i was told to complete the form which they sent to my inbox and scan back to them so they can use it to mandate my subsequent e-dividend.i.
I want to ask the house if this is all i need or i will still need to process signature verification from my bank.
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by onegentleguy: 3:29pm On Oct 25, 2016
SIR STOKFRIK I BELIEVE THAT WHILE THE FEE CHARGED BY VARIOUS BROKERS/BROKERAGE FIRM VARIES, THE OTHER FEES THAT MAKE UP THE TOTAL % FEE ARE USUALLY CONSTANT.
IN ESSENCE, BROKERS CHARGE WHATEVER FEE THEY WISH, BUT THE OTHER FEES (SEC, NSE etc) IS ALWAYS THE SAME UNLESS OF COURSE AS A RULE, GENERAL CHANGES ARE MADE.
SO TO GET THE TOTAL % FEE FOR ANY GIVEN BROKER (In this case Leadcapital), SIMPLY ADD THEIR BROKER COMMISSION (0.75% as mentioned by Sir Angelo82) TO THE OTHER FEE CHARGES. -AND U'LL ARRIVE AT THE TOTAL % CHARGE FOR ANY PARTICULAR BROKER.

ITS WORTH MENTIONING THOUGH THAT EVEN THE 'IN-HOUSE' COMMISSION FROM A GIVEN BROKER CAN VARY AMONGST INDIVIDUALS AND BODIES. IN OTHER WORDS, ONE BROKER CAN HAVE DIFFERENT COMMISSION CHARGES FOR DIFFERENT CLIENTS. -AND SO BROKER COMMISSION CHARGES ARE NEGOTIABLE.
THE LOWER YOU ARE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE IT TO (Which is usually dependent on your Portfolio size and value), THE BETTER FOR YOU.

I HOPE THIS ANSWERS YOUR QUESTION.

In 2008 Fidelity bank did an IPO of N8:00 per Share 8years down the lane it has lost 90% of that value same apply to FIRSTBANK that did IPO @N33 in 2007 now has lost over 90%.

2moro someone will come to argue that NSE is not a FRAUD or GAMBLING business

They will say the reason is because those stocks are not FUNDAMENTAL SOUND or that 8yrs to 9yrs period is not long enough grin grin grin grin grin

Well I have said it severrally and I will keep saying it STOCK MARKET is the one of the most organized GAMBLING platform where over 90% end up losing their fund.

In order words DONT EVER INVEST WHAT YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE EXCEPT YOU HAVE A GENUINE INSIDER INFORMATION.

I think its not all registrars that demand for confirmation of signature.
However, keep us updated on the outcome.
Thanks.

November looks set to be a predominantly bearish month with maybe a bit of respite here and there. NSEASI also looks set to break the 27000 support, and who knows how low it will tank? Maybe much further below. I dey sidelines dey look sha but for the money I already have trapped, unfortunately.

It depends on how efficient they are. For instance meristem registrars won't ask of BC but Veritas, gtl registrar will ask for it especially if your signature get leg

Most registrars always ask for Bankers Confirmation as they always insist that they dont have a specimen of your signature in their System.
FBN/GTB/Access registrar requested for BC for processing.

Just scan to them, if they dont have a specimen of your signature with them, they will definitely ask for it.
