GTB is in the wrong here, they don't have the right to hold his money hostage, even if they suspect he lied in the IPO to obtain the loan, unless the money is a collateral for the loan obtained. Plus, multiple court orders have ask GTB to return the money.

GTB recourse is to sue them on the fraud case and if they win, Innoson have lots of assests that GTB can collect on. However, it appear GTB tried suing through the government (why they didn't sue as the injured party is questionable) and based on Innoson assertions,that suit was withdrawed and a new one was never instituted.

I think, GTB should release the new or appeal the order and institute a new case against them plus suing them directly.

Just save al this ur useless sermon, if Innoson can go to court and get judgment, then gtb should do same if they think they have a genuine case of forgery besides granting loan isn't mandatory on gtb. Since they foolishly and unprofessionally granted the request, then dey should be patient for Innoson to repay the loan within the agreed time frame instead of being too much in a hurry.
