The main thing is your BMI not your weight.
BMI = weight / (height)^2.

it shouldn't exceed 30 as stated on the guidelines.

I don't know how to calculate it. I'l just go on a one week diet so I can lose 4 or 5 kg to be on the safe side. Just confirmed my weight to be 85kg

i can calculate it for you if u know your height besides there's nothing to be worried abt, someone said the max is 30 BMI and anything more than 30 is obesity.

I weighed 77.3kg some weeks back, I have been working out for two weeks now, so I expect my weight to be less, however my height is 1.76 metres .
Follow the steps below and u will know what your BMI is.
= Wight divided by height in metres twice .

Bmi=77.3/1.76=43.92
=43.92/1.76=24.95
Bmi=24.95

Thanks y'all for the BMI calculation tips. I have calculated mine. My BMI is 28 .7. I am officially a vegetarian for the next one week.

Since the list was published, people are beginning to make very useful comments. It appears everybody is confident in the process.

I don't think it can be corrected in a very short period o except with surgery. You just have to believe #faith

Yes, there'll be another list. And I think from there, it'll probably be straight to camp or so.

Lol! U guys said some people were screening out because they fall short of the requirement i.e height, BMI. My question is, the same persons, did they do the blood and urine test?

I don't think they did. The first one leads to the medicals. If you don't scale through the first, there will be no second.

no......just 2 days.
First day- physical examination et al
Second day- drop samples for laboratory
