Yea very okay! Just make sure to cook without salt.
Brown rice is most preferred though!

I use basmati or jasmine rice( I don't like the taste of brown rice ) I blend with the dry mill of my blender before cooking sha then add formula.

You could as well use just about any rice you have available.

Yes. You can start wearing jeans. As long as the waist band isn't too tight. Personally, I found out that jeans wasn't the problem but a belt was. So I didn't wear a belt with my jeans till I felt comfortable to do so.

If is heat rashes, you can use dusting powder or even raving baby powder. , Use water only to wash your face, apply normal powder on the face and endeavor to always add dettol in your water when bathing. If is fungal(ringworm and co) , change your sponge, apply any antifungal cream(funbact A, skineal, etc). Remember you're handling a baby.

Lol. As long as you don't feel pains at the incision, you can o. I waited longer because my incision opened up, i was still having pains, and lochia was acting like a devil.

But the very first day i had sex post-op, i had to use a lubricant because the place was as dry as a desert.

For jeans, i started wearing one month post-op. I selected the ones with a higher waist band and i only zipped it up. I didn't use the button at the waist band.

Also, another home remedy for cough is steaming without adding anything, let them inhale the hot steam, it works better when they cry so that the steam touch their throat. This has been my solution and its working for me. Also, that system is prescribed by a friend Dr.
