Please engineers my phone Mi-tribe locked me out with pin lock that I didn't set on it. I downloaded some recommended firmware and loaded on it which killed it. Engineers, pls I'm really confused. Before I got my phone the specs said it was 3gb of ram. I'm surprised to see that the ram isn't even up to 1gb. I don't really know if it's factory error or something else. It's an Infinix zero 3. The phone lags most times. I don't know what to do. I also cannot access my mtk engineering. Here is a pic of what im talking about.

I have a tecno p9 tablet that was given to me by a colleague before leaving the country for his masters. Everything about the tab is working perfectly fine, but the battery is giving me serious issues, whenever i charge the battery, it charges very slowly like from 1% to 34% takes 4 hours but as soon as it gets to 34% it takes it less than 2 mins to get to 100%. you will just be seeing it counting the percentage right before your very own eyes and in less than 3 minutes it will write charged.

I will then unplug it, and make use of it and while using it, it takes at least 3 hours on heavy usage for the battery to drop from 100-80% but as soon as it gets to 80% it will start to count down as though something is chasing it. whether you use it o or you don't use it the battery will still be dropping percentage till it get to 16% and then suddenly stops the rapid discharge till you get to 11% before it will start again to countdown rapidly in less than 1 minute to 0% then it shuts down.

I have tried 4 differnet batteries on this tablet as i taught it was the follow come battery but they all ended up having the same charging and discharging problem. Right now i don't know what else to do as i am really really confused.

As any body ever experienced a similar problem before and how did you manage to fix the problem...

please some one should help me out.

Download another tecno l8 plus stock rom. Then reflash.
OR
Can you get another tecno l8 plus phone? If YES, You copy the new phone FILES into your system. Then, use the FILES to write a new file for your tecno phone.
NB:- You can make use of Dragon or Infinity tool box for the process.

no overheating just that it is charging very slowly( from 0-34% in 4 hours) and extremely fast (from 34- 100% in 2 minutes).

I use a Motorola XT907 razor, its a 4G LTE Phone. I currently use airtel sim on it, my surprise is that my phone only gives me 2G access, whereas there is 3G network where I live.
What could be the problem and solution, because I was having 2.75G (H+) while I was using etisalat with the same phone?

Infinix zero 3 is indeed a 3GB ram phone and mine has never lagged. Something is definitely wrong somewhere. Don't know if RAM could get truncated like that unless it was changed. Engineers should know better.

Does the phone have where to switch network protocol from 2G to 3G or 4G?

If u put ur eti and still get ur H+, it obviously airtel has low reception at ya side
