However, I think the fact Elephants are the only animals that cant jump is a false one, rhinos and hippos cant jump also, same with sloths. If your upper arm is shorter with a long tongue, its very possible. A simple way to lick your elbow is to lie down on a bed/flat table or desk, if you are right handed, angle your right arm to the right like this (< or if you prefer the left hand, angle your left arm to your left (> to form greater than or less than sign, then gently lower your head and stick your tongue to meet your elbow. The trick is to make sure you have something to support your arm while at it.
