Another time bomb might hit market anytime soon if care is not taken. CBN is about to embarked on another flip-flopping anti-business/investors policy and this might be interpreted in another negative way. Advise to brothers/sisters in the forum, try to watch closely your investment before it is too late! Time (very critical period) to watch and Pray... . Best of luck to us all! |

When the dollar surged around this time last year, the stock market tumbled and oil prices fell into a tailspin, forcing Federal Reserve officials to scale back plans for the pace of interest-rate increases. Yet if anything, the currency’s strength the last couple months may encourage policy makers to tighten this time around. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-10-29/dollar-s-surge-goes-from-road-block-to-all-clear-signal-for-fed "2016" what a glorious and memorable year, we never had it this good in a long while. Life is not by grade but grace. It is not by merit but mercy. It is not by labor but favor. It is not by force but choice. And life is not by running the race alone but winning the race when God is involve. As we enter the new race of November 2016, unmerited grace, undiluted favor, unmixed mercy, and blessed testimonies shall be our portion. We shall be a winner not loser, and Christ the hope for the hopeless shall see us through as we journey through the last phase of the year. Stay bless because God is in control! Happy New Month! 6 Likes 1 Share |

The Naira on Monday in Lagos
appreciated marginally against
the dollar at the parallel market,
gaining N2. The currency exchanged at N468
to the dollar as against N470 it
traded on Friday. The Pound Sterling and the Euro
closed at N565 and 510,
respectively. At the interbank market, however,
the naira depreciated against the
dollar, eroding the gains of Friday
in that segment. It shed N4.31 to
close at N308.81from N304.50
posted on Friday. Trading at the Bureau De Change
window showed that the currency
closed at N385 to the dollar, while
the Pound Sterling and the Euro
traded at N564 and N504,
respectively. A BDC operator, Mr. Abubakar
Adamu, expressed optimism that
the naira would appreciate further
in the coming days. |
