Hi MsJanez, got notification of your pm but didnt get the mail. My wife applied without me, using my bank statements, correspondence from doctores and she got her visa. We are using doctores as we have prepaid medical bills. My wife is also staying alone at Intown. Hope this helps. MsJanez01 : 1 Like |

oluwainfin: There has never been any discontinuation of accepting international patients. Doctoresparati in El Paso is not mentioned since most people come here looking for answers. Doctoresparati packages are straight forward and there are usually no questions since Denise provides help to patients upon arrival. There are always patients from Nigeria in El Paso. 3 Likes 1 Share |

valeriechima:How much time do you have? He should go to US embassy they will sign the form and he will send it to you through courier or anyone coming to US. You can aswell call the passport agency and confirm if they will accept scanned copy. |

Ddoy2003:Houston will be your best bet as you are likely to stay around other preggy mums to get help. So many Houston hospitals and accommodation have been mentioned severely, so it's left for you to read tru and make your choice. |

Planing to stay at intown suites, but it's seems extended stay America is cheaper at $944 per month if one stays for 2 months according to Doctores. Flying Turkish airways. Pls anyone with useful advice or experience flying this airline? Congrats to all the new moms. |

She is leaving in December, will be staying at Intown. I think Intown is cheaper as they would waive taxes if you stay for over a month. Send me a pm and I can link you up with her. igetam: |

Akorkor: @the bolded; This is one part of this whole thing I really don't get much. Really wish someone puts me through though. I have met very friendly and accommodating hosts (both those that are my family and those that are friends of over the years) in different cities whenever I'm not using an hotel for my trip abroad, I however do not get what triggers the other side of most of these usually awesome US hosts once you are talking of staying at their place for birthing purpose, it hasn't happened to me but I have seen it unexplainably happen to someone close to me and couldn't wade in even if both parties are quite close to me, the US hosts (couples they are) seemed to just need their space or so in my assessment from my discussion with them, no strong reason per se. Is it an unwritten code or something? Seems it's not what most of them like at all even though we have a few different ones amongst them. But why? A two to three weeks holiday visit I know is not the same thing with an eight to twelve weeks birthing visit anyways! Really would like to read about/on and understand this. 1 Like |

modath:Long time o, where have you been? The borning is still pending, we may finally decide to reconsider in abt 5years time or just leave the boot where it's hanging. As for now, make that boot remain Der. I can't shout. |

@omobendel24 Your observation is actually very true. Bellanaija's Atoke has done a post on this before, i'll post a link. The comment section went WILD with stories from both parties. Some grievances were obviously laced in some sort of unnecessary envy but there were a lot of valid points. With longer stays, hosts may not be as comfortable as they would if vacationers were staying for a shorter time. But in my opinion, it all comes down to the kind of people both parties innately are and the relationships that exist between them. Bottom line is, when we go and stay with people, let's remember we're guests and act accordingly. If we know ourselves enough to know that we can't abide by people's house rules etc, arrange to rent. Life'll be easier. https://www.bellanaija.com/2016/04/atoke-going-to-america-to-have-your-baby-where-will-you-stay/ 3 Likes |
