What difference do you think true federalism will make? The only people true federalism will help is Southwest and to an extent Southeast. South south is a bed of strange fellows bound to implode at the slightest provocation. What will solve the Niger Delta problem is reorientation and infrastructural improvement before true federalism will yield positive result.
