I thought some persons claimed the SE was excluded from the projects the loan was being prepared for. If the details of the loan isn't known, how did the SE conclude that the projects doesn't include them?
May the govt should prepare a Bill of Quantity (BoQ) detailing things like cements, nail, gravel and labour for the wailing senate.

What could be wrong with the brains of our youth lately? Must everything be politicised? If Jonathan failed as we alleged, must we stay and watch Buhari do same?
