You're very correct. I recently sold my hot 4 and bought a Note 3.. The ba3 difference is very clear..
Hot 4 last longer.

It depends on what you are looking for, are you looking for large screen and big battery? go for the Note 3, but if you are looking for sleek camera and long lasting battery go for Hot 4

The ordinary Note 3 supports 4G if he flashes another ROM. CM 13 ROM to be precise.

I think Infinix is better based on their sleek design and durable battery, Tecno is more of mass production without attention to details, but that is my opinion though. You can get an Infinix HOt 3 for just 32k and it has wonderful battery and great camera.
