Better use 1QAS, wes and their unecesssry delay. I have 472 i missed out of yesterday draw because my status for wes is showing evaluation in progress since eternity.
i regret using this wes.
@ama4god, I didn't use IQAS, I used WES in 2014 and asked for my transcript. Though I had a friend who was in school. He helped me with my transcript. When WES sent my verification email, UNIBEN claimed not to see it until I gave some guy some money and asked WES to resend. It was responded to and I had my ECA in less than 2 weeks. Have you made payment to IQAS already?

Very informative thread,i wish i had followed it earlier.I'm interested in the Express Entry migration scheme-i'm single 29 years old,i have a WES for my Unilag Bsc and currently awaiting a WES for my UK masters.I have 4 years 8 months work experience and an additional one year from my NYSC.I took the IELTS last year and scored L 7.5 R 8.5 S 8.5 W 6.5 Overall band 8. I was feeling good with my ielts score but im just finding out that my Listening and Writing score should be higher? Is it too late to request a remark? Do the ielts examiners mark more favorably if you dont indicate you're a CIC applicant?
What will be my current CRS points?Do i stand a chance for an ITA?
Appreciate any advice/commentary.

Thanks for the reply. Can I send the result to WES directly from OAU without going there?
I went there physically but was told its now strictly online. So its either you go through ETX-NG(https://www.etx-ng.com/oau/) or through the OAU e-portal (http://eportal.oauife.edu.ng/transcripts). I tried the e-portal but it wasn't straightforward. I was directed to request, after the request the next screen said I should keep checking my mails on the portal that a staff would attend to me soon. After 4days of checking, re-checking and re-sending mails and getting error msgs, I decided to go with ETX. So far so good, their customer service is on-point. So fingers crossed to see how fast they'll be.

Its too late to get a re-mark. Enquiry on result can only be done within 6weeks of the test date. As it is, your CRS score would be too low to get ITA without going through provincial nomination. Your best bet is to re-write IELTS and aim for 8.5, 8,7.5,7.5 IN LRSW resp. Hope this helps.

Use the link to calculate your CRS score. You can play around with the tool. You will realise that for you to get above 450, which is the minimum cut-off since EE started, you require 8777 IELTS score in LRWS, 3 year work experience and academic qualification equivalent to or above 2 or more certificates.

I believe your proof of funds can be either a current or savings account as long as it contains unemcumbered funds and is in your name.
We are in the same boat as regards this. Gtbank had earlier informed me that they would issue the reference letter in the IRCC format only to get back to me yesterday after two weeks that they would be unable to do so and they can only issue a generic letter. Quite annoying because this is not even the account where my pof funds are in and has been the bank delaying my submission for a week now. Well, get their generic letter, six months bank statement and write a letter of explanation. That is what I am doing.

@. Ennyo, so there is hope for me. I was thinking that if one score anything below CRS 400. He would not to eligible to get province nomination. Thanks.

@Ennyo. Thanks for your interest in assist me and responding to my deepest concern. I really does not know much about the nomination system. I only know one have to accumulate a total to 67 points to register for EE while at the pool your CRS should be form 460 to stand any chance of been invited though one can get province nomination of 600points to boost his/her CRS.

I was confused about getting nomination since my online assessment CRS is 360.
