Assuming you ultrabook has a usb port. Windows 7 & 8 allows iso file installation.
Create an iso file to your usb stick and reinstall that way.

To install window you can download window 7 and install and at the same time you can also download window 8 and install. To download window and install or install window from cd or also install window from USB all have the same way the different is that to install window one should have the window software. Ms window is a system software that is why we say window serve as a link between the computer and the user this is by definition of system software, so because window is system software that is why that definition was given.

Bootable flash

download win to Flash and install in your PC

convert the window 7 to ISO file, you can use power ISO to convert or simply download window 7 ISO file online...

buy at 8GB USB flash..
without going through ISO, you can use command (CMD)
