I bought 4 domains over the past 2 months
I listed them on undeveloped,flippa and afternic for sale but didn't get any offer from there so today I decided to contact end users using the domain sales letter gotten from Iykepromotions when I bought the manual from him and voila in less than 5 hours I got a response from one of the end users that they have bought it from afternic.
Note that I've only contacted end users for only one of the domains. Will continue with the remaining domains later.
This particular domain was bought on 25th September

Afternic also sent a congratulatory message that the domain has already been sold and that I'll be contacted with steps on how to transfer the domain .

I listed the domain for sale for $1,700

well its not true. What matters is the quality and the importance of your domain to the individual or company and not the email you used. that's is a clear misinformation. but even if you need a private email address ie yourname@yourdomain.com, there's a way to do that for absolutely free provided you own a domain name. though not every registrar supports this.

He went to buy it straight up without contacting me and only contacted me after he had bought it.
Maybe if he had contacted me and asked for a price I would av sold it higher or lesser after bargaining.

Make sure u check DA/PA of domain before buying.
And always check domain with Google banned checker because,You may find a high PA, DA and very good-looking domain but this is of no use if Google has already banned it from search engines.

Another vital point is to check Google AdSense ban.You will find hundreds of expired domains which are Google Adsense banned. We must consider this too before buying any domain. Because we are buying domains to make money online but if a domain is adsense-banned then it is of no value Marketwise.
AdSense Sandbox Checker is such a tool assisting you to find AdSense ban.
Simply put d url and click on preview Ads. If all the ads are being displayed then you are in safe hands,if ads are not displayed then think twice.

depending on your type if domain. Remember you can park and list for sale at the same time. However if your domain is poor in traffic or little CPC, put it completely for sale with a sales page.
