I have a problem oooo... I sign in for lasu online and the picture is not showing. Since they said maximum of 20kb..... I shrink my passport to 20kb converting it to PDF.... So while I upload the pic and process to log in.... My passport was not showing and trying to signup again. It's showing I should please log in and process payment. What do I do... How can I change the passport... .
