First frozen account...how do you withdraw such amount from a frozen account and standing order I know is an instruction given to the bank by an account holder to make regular fixed payment to a particular person or an organization....so withdrawing and standing order here is confusing.....there is something fishy....my opinion and stand to be corrected.

They did NOT say that she went to the bank, rather she gave 'a standing order' for the $5m. Even though English is not your first language, but you could have asked someone to explain to you what 'Standing Order' means, instead of embarrassing yourself .
