Who told you GEJ ever arrested the Boko Harem commanders? Infact GEJ was busy playing with our national security all through his tenure. You GEJ apostles will stop at nothing to paint stories as if GEJ really care about this great country... |

michoim:be current for ur own good, u said no. . The commanders he released were arrested by GEJ admin. Infact boko h wanted d last admin to exchange some Chibok girls with some of them but d fed govt refused due to some disagreement in d negotiation phase. . Whether u like it or not GEJ make a lot of right decisions and also wrong ones. . Am not blaming PMB for exchanging because he meant well but it also strengthened them in away, considering dat d military were continually winning against them b4 now. |

greggng:RIP to them. But Boko Haram became possible because we have a country that should never have been. Those folks up North ought to be on their own as they were before 1914. By now they would have their conservative religious country & whatever they do up North because of their religious belief, a Southerner would not be getting killed for it. And Southern resources would not be used fighting the war. Same way, Southern issues like MEND & MASSOB would probably not arise & if it did, would be sorted by southerners in their own pre-1914 country. That is the point. You cannot mix oil & water and expect anything good. When people talk of patriotism I laugh. It does not exist as we see in the citizenry feeling disenfranchised and remorseless looting by politicians. Were our ancestors asked in a referendum if they wanted North & South amalgamated? No. So it is actually an illegal entity. Period. |

kenex4ever: I do not know how trure this is. You know the media has been so cowered now unlike during GEJ's time when press had freedom to report anything. In any case, in the early parts of 2015, after APC & others connived with America not to sell weapons to GEJ over the years, Russian weapons finally came and Boko was really going down already as of end of May 2015. Remember the same Buhari & opposition plus the West were always opposed to "negotiating with terrorists". We should also take note that Buhari condemned GEJ's combining with regional armed forces to fight Boko. Yet Buhari did same in power. It was even the foundation for pushing Boko hard from all sides. But is it just a coincidence that Nigeria is admitting increased casualties just as senior echelon Boko people were released?? My prediction here weeks ago was that those just released were taking vital intel back to Boko. Because NA & intelligence services have many Boko sympathisers. From recent developments, it might just be the case. 1 Like |
