My advice to young men that 1 2 last in bed:
-cut off sugar totally; no soft drink, no sugar with tea/garri
-use bitters like beta, ruzu etc to cleanse & detoxify ur system
-for those with ED, do a lab test to confirm presence of any infection, which shld be treated promptly.
-after all these n ED still persist, it may b a psychological prob, u can use a drug with natural/herbal makeup like re-youth root to boost ur libido, but don't b addicted to it

Backward to when i was in school.
Tramadol Codeine is what made one of my guy go Psycho. Most students around were spiritual and saying nonsense believing he was possesed and controlled by a strong demonic evil spirit. I and few students knew it was saint tramadol and saint codeine that was working cos we knew he was an addict and had taken it overnight in excess but it really surprised me cos he was notorious and his power was trippled, cos it took more than 4 students to have him bundled to the hospital.
Thank GOD for his life, he came back to normal senses after 2days. We begged the Doc not to tell the school authority or else he'll be expelled and he stopped ever taking it. Say no to drugs!

But Op is not funny. When I took 100mg, I felt the impact for 3 days. Afterwards, I felt weak. That drug is very powerful. If possible, start with only 50mg.
