Sir, from NSE perspective, Morgan Capital had been cautioned since July 28th 2016 on Rule 17.16 (b) but they never adhere to it. They see it long coming. their suspension may still be on the issue of succession of management. Rule 19.5 under which they were suspended on the list says - (Suspension of Dealing Members Pending Investigation)

Sir, you're right. Nigerian politicians take their money to big house who had their attachment in other businesses outside NSE. This will help them to diversify their risk appetite even when the alarm went off!

We all could have been responsible for Morgan's suspension. There was a day that I did try to buy a stock with the little amount in my trading account. Unfortunately I did not know that during pre-market, one should not bid lower than 100 units. Many of us are not aware of this rule. That day a stern e-mail came in from Morgan warning me to desist from such in the future.
